It should be none that even with all the fancy setup leading you to think that they are professionals they are not. No state certification for CPA. Charged A LOT and when we needed to communicate further they would not return calls or emails after initial meeting. The companies claim to being qualified is that the owner runs mutilple businesses so if your ok with that give them a try.
