I moved to Cincinnati two years ago and switched my policies over to Jane when I moved. I’ve had only positive experiences with her office! The staff are so helpful and easy to talk to on the phone. I’ve even recommended to my friends who were shopping around for insurance to go to Jane. I would highly recommend!

I needed business drivers insurance but the company I was with didn't offer it. I went to Jane Chitwood - State Farm and was give a better price on business insurance than I had with just personal driving insurance. They worked hard to insure I was getting every discount possible. I'm so thankful to have chosen Jane Chitwood - State Farm Insurance.

I've been with State Farm [for car insurance] during two different time periods in my life, and I've been with other insurance carriers, and I can confidently say that no other insurance company even closely compares to State Farm.Today I was adding another vehicle to my current policy and that is what prompted me leaving this review; I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan, and he was extremely helpful! Their customer service is always above and beyond. Thank you, Ryan!!I wouldn't have a good reason to recommend any other insurance company, but I highly recommend State Farm.

I've been with State Farm in other cities for years and switched to Jane's office when moving to Cincinnati. Her office staff is very helpful on the rare times she isn't available, too. I recently got a new mortgage and the office received a letter about a change to the account. This raised a flag for Jane so she called me and we talked through it. She reached out to other parties to get to the bottom of it, beyond what she had to do and could have asked me to do. She then called me in on a 3-way call to finalize only the necessary information from me, being so respectful of my time. Her thorough, thoughtful nature and attention to detail could have saved me hours of headaches and thousands of dollars in fraud. I will recommend Jane Chitwood's office to anyone who will listen!
