I was in this place yesterday, Sat August 16th for 30min or more. 1st time for everything. My toddler and I was in this UDF for probably 30 or more, going on 1pm to whenever. New worker, he working the pump, working the register, making the ice cream, counting $. New worker doing everything on his on, while female in back, never opened up second register, never helped with making shakes,malts. Usually it's two people on the floor. Female dressed in all black,hid in the back, at one point,thought male worker was there by himself. Terrible, how you New, and being treated like that? And they be watching the cameras, why didnt someone call in and say something to her, she making easy $. I couldn't work at a place, that work you into the ground like that. Lines was long, people waiting and you can only be patient, because it's just one person working.

Very small location. Probably the smallest in the city. Limited parking and only four pumps for gas. It’s a “If I really need something” kind of location.

Through and disrespectful workers especially the light skin woman who's at the front desk nobody waited on me I had to clear my throat and order for them to service me The lady got upset wouldn't put her phone down then the guy just looked up at the lady told the lady to serve me what she got upset about

I don't know what the bad stars ? are all about. I came in for a quicky Monster drink & a snack. The attendant was friendly, nice & talkative.-the store looked clean on the inside-the drinks were cold.- things were stocked nice- didn't have common folks asking me for money.- if I'm in the area I will return.

I see it’s not just Norwood store. This UDF sucks also. “We’re out of this, this is broken, this is unavailable. Udf just lost a customer permanently. And WHY does EVERY pump move extremely slow. Took 20 minutes literally for $25 of gas to pump! Please do away with this location

This used to be United Dairy Farmers on the corner of Wiehe and Losantiville Rds. It's now called "T-MART" What a switch-up....but at least we still have a ⛽ station that is in the neighborhood ?
