This place is the worst if u put any money in there don't expect to see it for a long time even if the other person has already had the funds available in there bank it's 2024 where it is the push of a button to transfer funds it would of took as long as if I started a new account somewhere else been here 10yrs and they have definitely changed some stuff for the worst ur better off at 5/3 rd or somewhere that has respect for its customers

Called amd spoke with Sarah. She was the rudest and most unprofessional teller I have dealt with at Sun FCU. She constantly spoke over me when I was trying to ask questions and she kept making assumptions before I could even finsh a statment. I would never recommend Sun FCU to anyone.

Thought I could trust my bank with being a new lienholder and my vehicle....took them over a year to realize they didn't receive my title through old lienholder. they tried min. Effort to receive it ..to this day my rates went up in car they don't have my title I'm stuck paying for the car and they pretty much said it's out of there hands....very upset with this bank they paid the company the car. Payoff and don't care if they have a release of lien or title

I had a debt that I owed here from a few years back (maybe 2016) The account has been closed for several years. I filled bankruptcy about 3 years ago.Over Christmas vacation I tried to reopen an account, the teller said all accounts have been closed and shown discharged under bankruptcy but one. She wanted me to contact the “Risk Management” department to ask why it had shown a balance only on that account and to ask if I could open a checking account. After that I went to 5/3rd. Luckily ? they opened me a checking account.Today (1/16/24) lady from te risk mgnt dept calls and says there aren’t any accounts with balances, however once a debt is charged off a client is not able to open an account ever again.Well let me tell you I had debt with 5/3rd bank too. Guess to took me in with open arms and a second chance‼️ 5/3rd‼️‼️??? yes!!Sun Federal shame on you for giving up on me.I’ve changed my life around and life been uphill for the past few years, and 5/3rd belived in me.‼️‼️‼️‼️

Started banking here about 6 months ago and I really enjoy it. They have just single banking for people who just need a place to put their money but they also have all kinds of credit services and loans. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and the facility is always clean and well maintained. Parking lot of always clean and well maintained. Never seen the ATM put of service.

I’ve been at this bank for 10+ years and my family has since they opened. Changing banks asap. Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with.Update: attempted to get a credit limit increase on my credit card. They refuse to do it without a hard pull on your credit. ANY other credit card can do a soft pull or see that you’re direct deposit is coming in. Definitely switching now
