I stopped in today with a certified check and cash to purchase the Pear Gray Gold Wing. I had been texting with Chadd and thought we had a deal. Sadly Chadd was completely ignorant of the trade-in value of my bike and rudely told me it wasn't worth $8000 to $9000 dollars. Rather than argue with a fool I left. As I told him I had had it appraised at a different Honda dealer at $9000 and also looked up the trade-in value on several appraisal sites like Kelly Blue Book and JD Powers. He told me they were no good. I went to another dealer in Ohio (John Hinderer Honda Powerstore) an bought the same bike the same day for over $1000 less than I was prepared to pay at Honda of Ottawa. Guess old Chadd did me a favor. Bottom line rude service, poor pricing not very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend honda of ottawa!I spoke with Chad he wasnt pushy and answered my questions like a fellow rider not a salesman.i was looking at the same exact bike at cycle works of lima and out the door they wanted $9,009.80 for a 2023 honda rebel se.Chad let me walk out with the same exact bike for $8,438.05 dam near a $600 better deal.i walked in 10 minutes before closing time but he was more than patient and went out of his way to help me out.i cant thank him enough!i got the bike i wanted for an incredible price and his customer service was 10/10.if you are in the market give this man a call or stop in you wont be disappointed

Sold us a new Honda trail bike over the phone- easy to work with and no surprise fees upon pickup. Helped me drain gas and load it in my van- during a downpour- above and beyond nice to deal with.

I bought my first motorcycle from Honda of Ottawa this past weekend - I drove all the way from Franklin County to pick it up! Chad was great to work with. He dealt with me over the phone (not all dealers are willing.) The price was fair. He helped me load the bike into my truck and secure it properly. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and I respect that tremendously. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

I have been to several other Hinda motorcycle dealers, and other motorcycle shops recently, but I keep going back to this one for ten years. Its a little far for me, but turns out it is always worth the extra drive. For instance, had a bad balding rear tire on my Silverwing, they were super busy but still suqeezed me in, as it was probably unsafe to drive it away from there that day. Thanks Tammy, Chad and guys in shop. The shop guys have driven every tyoe of motorcycle there is, and really have years and years if practical experience... yesterday I got stranded at a rest area in Piqua, all engines lights came on and lost power every 50 ft, I managed to get to the ramp at a Troy Honda dealer, they were able to do a quick oil change and sent me on my way, but I only made it 5 miles. Then they were closed but I was stranded. So I remembered Chad and Tammy, called him and he immediately knew that I simply had bad voltage due to needing a nee battery, just by my desperate description over the phone! Got the new battery, (that other dealers said would need to be a gel overpriced replacement), I got the exact thing I needed, took it back, and runs like a champ! Thanks a million for saving my day again, Chad! Most knowledgeable guys in Ohio so far. And battery was way cheaoer than everyone else, no charge for diagnostics either iver the phone, I will buy my next bikes from them. (Jeff in Wapakoneta)

Went in to get my Rancher AT to have a diagnostic done on it. Found out they decided to fix many issues I wasn’t aware of and did not inform me of it and charged me over $400 when I was expecting a $80 diagnosis. It was smoking from liquid dripping onto the exhaust from the breather tube and when I received it back, it still was smoking. I called them up and brought it back in. They told me there was too much liquid in the rear differential and was traveling up the drain out tube and leaking into the exhaust. Would not recommend doing business with them. The main counter man, Chad is not a person you want to meet. Very rude and acts like he knows everything. Stuck up and ignorant. Worst place I’ve ever done business with.
