This review is not for this location indirectly, but that is only because this company as a whole is too much garbage to leave reviews for their entire corporate agency. They have features and services that appear you can use them, but when you need to you are not able to. For example, I wanted to pick something up from a location of theirs and sign for it then rather than waiting around all day for it and have to wait and make sure I meet up with them and sign And guess what they were unable to do that even though it’s something that they offer. I’ve waited around for a weeks and weeks and weeks on this laptop from my school waiting on FedEx to get their head out there @$$ and deliver the thing. Altogether extreme unprofessionalism, and again this sucks because we live in a corporate America, where there’s only so many designated businesses to choose from so we’re monopolized into being Forced into using these companies that aren’t worth it And act like they have state of the art features that they really don’t
