Nadine and her team are nothing short of exceptional—deeply professional, incredibly organized, and truly passionate about bringing your dream wedding to life. They took care of everything, coordinating seamlessly with all of our vendors and keeping us calm, excited, and confident every step of the way.
Their selection of table décor and setup options was endless, giving us the freedom to choose something that felt uniquely us. With multiple breathtaking outdoor venue options, we were able to create a wedding experience that felt both intimate and stunningly scenic.
It truly was perfect, and we are forever grateful to the Sugar Lake Lodge Weddings team for making it so!!!

INCREDIBLE! My husband and I got married at Sugar Lake in September of 2024. From the second we toured, we knew there was no other option for our wedding. Nadine and her crew gave us the best, stress free day possible. Our wedding was custom to the style we wanted, and totally matched our vibe as a couple. RUN to get married here! To this day, our wedding is still talked about as being the best our guests have been to!

Sugar Lake Weddings hosted our wedding in April 2025 and they were amazing! The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The Enchanted Forest hosted our ceremony and provided an accessible yet secluded space for our ceremony. The property also boasted numerous incredible locations for photos (the barn, the dock at the lake, the gates, the balcony, etc.) On the wedding day, it rained but the venue accommodated this perfectly. We were able to transition from inside to outside during a 30 minute window of no rain - where decorations, sound systems, and chairs were placed seemingly instantaneously so that we could capture our ceremony outside given the brief respite from the rain. The inside is gorgeous: bridal suite, groom suite, numerous rest rooms for guests, dining hall, multiple solariums (which proved to be beautiful places for photographs given the rain). The venue was easily accessible and provided no barriers for my 89 and 87 year old grandparents with limited mobility (no stairs or long walks). The venue even provided a mini shuttle service to take anyone from parking to the front door of the venue (only a 30 second walk but a great feature for guests with limited mobility). They also provided quick transportation around the entire property after the ceremony for a variety of scenic backdrops to photos within a very short window. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the staff was amazing! Nadine and Cailin were incredible. They helped take our vision from a pinterest vision board and turn it into a reality. They helped us coordinate every aspect of the day through planning sessions, and they were personable and were accommodating to any changes we felt we made throughout the process. They went above and beyond adding details we only briefly mentioned for the day (including bringing a large arch for the ceremony backdrop after my fiance briefly mentioned in our very last planning session that she originally thought about buying one but had not gotten a chance to/ realized the trouble it would cause via transportation). Their day of coordination was seamless, as they were available throughout the entirety of the day to help with anything that we needed: helping bustle the wedding dress, setting out snacks and drinks in the morning, moving decorations for specific times of the event, even accommodating last minute changes by request. The staff even packed all of our belongings into my wife’s car so that when the event was over we didn’t have to spend time packing our things, and instead could simply grab the keys from a coordinator and drive to our hotel.

My husband and I had our wedding here in October 2024. The staff was incredible, shoutout to Nadine (our wedding planner)! We had a vision for our big day and they made it even better than we imagined. They walked us through the whole process, which limited the overall stress of planning the wedding. The Sugar Lake team went above and beyond and we can't recommend this venue enough! If you are thinking about booking this venue, DO IT! We have had multiple guests say our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to, stating the all around experience was amazing. We can't thank the staff here enough for making our wedding seamless and unforgettable!!

We got married here this September and we LOVED our experience here! This venue is so unique, from the lake to the enchanted forest, every part of this venue feels special. All of the staff that we worked with were truly so helpful and seemed to really care about making our wedding perfect for us. We went with the diamond package and I really think it was so worth it! Both of us are working full time and in school so having Nadine help with the planning allowed us both to be involved as much as we could, but kept the planning from getting stressful (which I did not think was going to be possible). Everyone we worked with was so friendly and so willing to make our wedding day perfect for us. We LOVED Nadine, Cailin, and Jess! This venue was really so beautiful and had so many personal touches. The getting ready space for the girls had tons of room for hair and makeup and a lot of natural light which I really loved!! We had such a great experience with Sugar Lake!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our wedding and experience working with the sugar lake team! Nadine is absolutely amazing in listening, helping and creating the perfect wedding. We had the best wedding experience thanks to this team. Our wedding was so smooth and exactly what we dreamt it would be. I would do it all again in a heartbeat! I can’t recommend them enough for a dream wedding!

I don’t even know where to begin writing this review! Nadine and her team went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail is unmatched. The day started very rainy, thunderstorms and all! Nadine assured all of us they would wait all the way up until 3:00 PM to make sure my daughter could have the wedding of her dreams outside. Every tiny detail was thought of and any question we asked or something we wanted at the last second she made happen along with her team. We were able to just enjoy and absorb every moment of the day. If you’re thinking about using it, do it.

Folks!! I cannot recommend Sugar Lake Weddings enough! Nadine, Steve, and their whole crew work diligently to make sure that their guests feel like it’s their own special day and no detail isn’t brought to mind. From our initial consultation we knew this would be the place where we would have our wedding, we were so in love with Nadine’s energy that we booked right there even though it was the first place we visited, and that was the first great decision we made for our wedding. Nadine was able to coordinate all of the vendors as well as decor for the wedding. All of her pieces are curated and managed with care. Nadine’s preferred vendors all made time for separate consultations with us and are all very good at what they do, to include: the DJ, Florist, Photographer, Tent rentals, and Bar Service. For our cocktail hour before the ceremony, she had macrame hammocks and vintage furniture out amongst the cocktail tables, our walk down the aisle was lined by Persian rugs, and they set up a flower wall we made to give us the understated elegance we were looking for. We had a donut wall instead of a cake and she even had a wall for us to use to display them on!
My husband and I felt like our families were well taken care of, and even as we started to wind down for the night, sitting around the big fire Steve made for us, the crew made sure that all of the cabins we aired out and comfy for the folks that would be staying over. ALSO!!! What venue can you go to that also lets you stay over for the night. Our wedding was so great that two years later folks are still talking about and we’re trying to find an excuse to have another event here.
All of that said. Sugar Lake Weddings is a venue that is situated on magical piece of land, and the folks that run it care about your day like family. People often say you shouldn’t expect for everything to be perfect, but as we sat around the fire, reeling from the celebration, I couldn’t find one fault.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Sugar Lake Lodge!
Beginning with our first appointment to see the venue, when you pull in the first thing you’ll see is a stable housing 2 beautiful horses. Then you take a quick drive through a majestic trail surrounded by lush forest which opens to the Lodge! There we were greeted by an enthusiastic Nadine and Stephen. Nadine and Stephen were extremely professional but also had a warmth which made them both extremely easy to get along with. My husband and my main request for our wedding day and the planning was that we wanted someone to handle every detail and communication with vendors to make it as stress free as possible. Nadine told us about the diamond package and we sealed the deal right then and there. My husband and I could not have been more blessed throughout the entire process. Nadine was our wedding planner and coordinator. Not only did she eliminate the hassle of my husband and I needing to reach out to different vendors she also had our payment plan set up in a way that was so convenient and reasonable. Aside from the logistics she made our vision come to life. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked into the venue on our wedding day. Nadine and her recommended vendors created an unforgettable night not only for myself and my husband but our families as well. Nadine(planner and coordinator), Cailin(coordinator) and Avrie(social media coordinator) were by my side the entire day and night. I had three women in my bridal party originally but with them it felt like I had six. It truly felt like I had known Nadine, Cailin and Avrie for years! They were so attentive and considerate of my needs and my husbands the entire time! We had a few hiccups with dresses and makeup but every single time there was an issue one of those amazing women came rushing to help. My family members could not stop gushing at how beautiful the venue, decor and energy was at Sugar Lake Lodge. Our wedding day was a dream come true all thanks to the whole team at Sugar Lake Lodge.
