Seems like a small area for a lot of people to use to ski ... but then again, if you get hurt, someone will find you quickly. I had the opportunity to tow-rope up then ski down the foothills of the alps in europe where, if you get hurt, no one will find you until summer arrives.

Got to Brandywine and first trip down the hill I hit a foot of loose snow. Both skis came off and down I went. No grooming had been done on the hills. Absolutely horribly maintained hills. As the day went on the terrain got better as the snow was packed down by skiers. I put my wider ski’s on and things were ok. Only 3 hills were open the entire day. Not worth $65 for a lift pass. They should post on the web site if there are only a select number of hills open for the day. I finished out the day at Boston mills. Lift lines were ridiculously long. Not all lifts were open. Why not, many people were asking. Every single time I was on a ski lift it stopped at least twice. Ridiculous! If they don’t know what they are doing maybe Vail resorts needs to be a little more proactive on who they let operate the lifts. Last but not least! There were entirely too many people who were not skiing walking around who were in everyone’s way. There is very little room at the foot of these hills as it is without everyone else in the way. The number of passes needs to be limited to avoid this problem. If this isn’t gotten under control someone is going to get seriously injured. I will make BMBW a 1 time a year trip. Take my advice a go to snowtrails!!!!!!!!

It’s a good place to go to for locals, however, they have a really outdated snowmaking system, they don’t blow snow past a certain time of the season because they’re not trying to please their customers. Charging full entry price for 200 ft vertical and not blowing snow every chance they get, especially with how the weather has been is a classic prioritization of cost and expenditure over customer experience. It is only worth it if this is your first slopes and you are learning, or you have an epic pass. Otherwise, give your business to Snow Trails if you can, those guys are still blowing snow now to keep their customers happy

Great place for beginners, convenient for a day’s worth of skiing or snowboarding if you live locally.
Front desk can be a bit slow

Had an amazing experience snowboarding there. Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed having a drink and a snack in the lodge. The slopes were perfect for a 45 degree day.

Tried out the polar blast tubing today. I’ve never been to BMBW. I’ve done the tubing at other snow resorts, so I knew what to expect. I was pleased to see two conveyor lifts to the top of the hill, it kept the “traffic” moving. How ever, I was very disappointed to see only 50% of the slides open (4 slides open and 4 slides closed). And, there was only one staff member working the three by him/her self alone. The 2 “mega” slides , only one was open and one person attending that one as well. My family witnessed 4 employees at the top of the conveyor in the observation room just standing and chatting casually. I won’t speculate as to staffing practices. As a professional courtesy , I expect businesses to be forthcoming about closures and “product” unavailability. Since prices were normal. I expect services/products to be normal. Ski/snowboard slope closure is posted, as should any other parts of non functioning areas. Our two hour time slot allowed us to ride 9 times. It was not what I called a crowded day. Very disappointing.

Absolute rotten service. Bought an Epic pass and they would not allow us to use it or refund it. Spent 1 month fighting with them to use the pass. Waste of money and time. Will never buy one again. This was not a cheap pass. Not only did we not receive what we purchased the customer service representative was dismissive and rude. In the end we missed out on 1.5 months of use. In Ohio that is ridiculous!
