Lousy service, employee attitude. No help with awkward or heavy donations. One star is too high of a rating.Returned there 4 days later…improved service and help with my donations were a pleasant surprise. My rating for today is a four.

I usually have very positive experiences with goodwill donation centers, sadly cant say the same with this location. Employee was very unpleasant and acted like you were bothering him if you tried to talk. Just was sitting at the desk, didn't even offer to help carry donations. The sylvania location is 100000 times better!!

I provide donations 2-3 times per year to this Goodwill Donation Station in Perrysburg, Ohio. Overall, my experience has been positive. This time, I witnessed 3 different people, not including myself, reach for the door in the morning after the posted opening time to no avail. I waited about 30 minutes before the door was unlocked, and someone was available to take my donations.

Won’t take furniture that is in perfect condition. Said they would just throw it away in the dumpster. So if you plan to donate here, just save your gas and throw your donation away or burn it.

The employee was very helpful and carried all my donation bags from my car into the store. I really appreciated this as they were heavy.I highly recommend this Goodwill location
