No complaints about the store other than that there were no cashiers and only self checkout machines. Returned everything, except what I couldn't find anywhere else, to its shelf. Will not be returning unless they're the only ones with what I need.

Today we ate out on the patio. Nice little setup with umbrellas for a bit of shade. They could use a couple more though, sun was pretty strong today. Anyway, as usual the food was fantastic. The server on the patio was pretty swamped though & could've probably used some help. But overall it was still a good experience for today.

People here aren't the friendliest. Tried looking for a 4 wheel cart to take a vanity to the checkout... was told to "walk the store to find one"...niceShould've went to the Findlay store since it was closer.

Staff is great during the day, helpful and considerate….. but staffed by kids in the evening, who don’t know anything until they ck their phones ???

I went there to see if they had clear bags for the laundry service that I am a contractor with. And they did have the clear bags for a lesser price than Home Depot. So I think I will be going to Lowe's more often to get the clear bags to save me money toward the laundry business that I do from home.

I have been shopping at Lowe's for years. I had ordered online and went to pick up the items at a secure locker located inside the store. The store was very clean and the shelves were well stocked. I will be returning to Lowe's absolutely!

I have been going to Lowe's for a long time used to be a lot of knowledgeable people there apparently not anymore nobody seems to know nothing about their products they are still courteous but they don't know what they have or where they have it not too damn helpful waste a lot of time. Call there and you get somebody at the front desk or something and then they try to connect you with say garden supplies and nobody answers it just rings and rings another waste of time.

Prices are decent in most cases however some prices are a little high. Customer service is amazing anytime you ask for help they take you to the item that you need and are very friendly.

Mike K went beyond good customer service and cut the 4×4 I bought by using hand saw. He's a veteran of this great nation and now he's serving with loyalty at Lowe's. Whoever hired him can be proud, very impressive.
