We went in looking for a hat and the staff were so kind and helpful! They not only helped us find a hat, but even were willing to steam it to see if it was truly the right fit and shape it to the desired shape. BEYOND impressed with how professional, friendly, and knowledgeable the staff were! A great experience!

Very, very helpful! My granddaughter and I went there to purchase some jeans. We were shown so many different styles. The women who helped us was so patient. My granddaughter found the right style and fit she was looking for. Thank you so much for all of your one on one customer service.

I’m WAY behind on my review but I absolutely love this store! Been there many times, but on a special occasion I went for my birthday and got a pretty expensive purse. 2 weeks later it broke and they took it back, had the leather restitched and it’s as good as new! Excellent customer service! 100% recommend!

My husband had been given an old cowboy hat that was handed down in our family. It hadn't been worn in years and needed cleaned. We cannot express how grateful we are at how amazing they did! It looks like a brand new hat!

The Customer Service at Sonseeahray is Amazing. I purchased an American Hat and had it shaped elsewhere that unfortunately was poorly Shaped. I found out about Sonseeahray Western Store and Ryan through the internet. I called to Make Sure Ryan was in and Made the hour and fifteen minute drive to see if he could fix my Hat. Not only did he fix the Hat, but he threw his personal touch into my desired shape and now my Hat is Perfect. I can tell he loves Shaping hats, has a great talent for it and takes a great deal of pride in his hats leaving shaped perfect on someone else head. If you need a Hat Re-Shaped or Shaped for the first Time Ryan is the guy to see. I for sure will be back for a few more Hats, Boots and Clothing.
