Wouldn't recommend to use this realtor for a buyer or to sell your house. Ron Rickenbacker filled out and signed a contract with false information on the disclosure form and wanted me to sign it. In court today I won that battle, and I didn't have to sign a fraudulent disclosure form in regards to 8625 meadowton court Pickerington Ohio 43105. Which has suffered major water damage to the basement to do the windows and the siding being installed wrong along with other numerous issues including the inground pool. This realtor didn't want to know the issues, yet he is very aware of them. They are not listed on the disclosure form.

We are very satisfied with our choice of using Sam Cooper and HER Realty for selling our house. He was responsive from the beginning to the very end. We sold very high in our seller's market (July 2021.) During this Sam brought in a strong buyer's network and connections, marketing, a photographer and other resources. We had an offer in the first few days. After the offer, don't forget all the contract and title work, that he and his team handled. Followed by a strong close. I highly recommend using Sam Cooper in selling your home or buying a new one.

The best part of the entire process was the local Realtor they put us in touch with. My agent was professional, enthusiastic, has a lot of great ideas, including marketing strategies, and - most importantly - he is successful.In our area, the market is so saturated with upper bracket properties, it has become a buyer's market. In the vast majority of cases, the only game plan the other Realtors have to compete is to lower the price, which affects the seller.Bob had several 'out of the box' ideas and, while the other properties remained for sale, he sold our home within 16 days.We close in two weeks and will be headed to a new home and another chapter in our lives. For that, we are deeply appreciative for Her Realtors.
