Do not go with this company sold me a building through a third-party (bear) they came out to install It told me that it will be extra once the build was halfway up didn’t have the money to pay right then and there, but they never gave me a payment plan for balance or anything no refunds on deposits horrible experience

The people I ordered the building from were great.
The contractor that built it, I would give 0 stars.
I was told the building would not be built if the grade was more than 3 inch off level. The contractors slide the building to the back side of the site where after it was built it had a 6 inch block under 3/4 of 1 side and 3 inch along the back of the building, going down to the ground on the 3rd side. Why not just dig out on the side that was ground level, or ask me to do it. No i have to pour a foundation and not move the building making the roof leak. Definitely find out who is putting up your building and if they can even speak a sentence in English. Very disappointed.
Sorry but I would avoid this company.

Just a couple little miner details with setting up the build the crew that installed the building they were awsome they started in snow and rain and finish at about the time they said and did a fantastic job looks awsome

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! We ordered and paid a significant down payment for our carport that was to be built in October of 2023. My husband and I both took the day off work to be there for the install. They were to be there at noon to start job. We waited until 4 with nobody showing up. Called company only to be told that the builders are on their way but will have to finish job the next day. When we told them that wouldn't work due to our work schedule we were left hanging with no building and they refused to give us our money back. They finally got around to building it for us in MARCH of 2024! Very poor quality job and now we are dealing with the carport creating damage to our $36,000 camper due to the posts being placed directly against one of our canopies. Mike sent me an email saying they would refund us money due to the delayed scheduling and poor quality. This was on March 12th, 2024. It's now March 23rd and still no check. Mike now tells me he don't like me and will not communicate with me any more. I'm seriously considering taking the company to court.

ordered a garage with them! was very easy to deal with, they answered any questions I had and it was delivered and installed 4 weeks after ordering! looks great, thank you guys so much!

Ordered a 18x21 carport. Was originally scheduled for Jan 5. Was called the day before and was told the crew that was doing my carport had truck problems and they would reschedule. Got rescheduled for Jan 16, in the AM. Was supposed to call an hour ahead. No call and nobody showed, call reliable metal to find out what's going on, they were supposed to call back, never did. The crew showed up at 5pm and said they would be back tomorrow to start on it. I had taken the day off to be there, as instructed, for nothing. They parked their 30' trailer in the middle of my driveway , and went to a hotel. Next morning, I get a call at 8 am from the crew , saying they were having truck problems and had to go to Michigan. No work on the 17th and trailer still sitting in my driveway. Next day 18th, they finally showed up to put up my carport. Left a mess. Metal clippings everywhere, I picked up over 20 screws out of my driveway, paper left on the ground. Piss poor service, piss poor contractors. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS OR ANYONE THAT SELLS RELIABLE METAL BUILDINGS OR CARPORTS.

RMB was very helpful in sending information over to get my permit situated. Two gentlemen installed it in the snow with utmost professionalism, made unanticipated adjustments to make the doors fit. The garage was up in 1 1/2 day(s). Highly recommended. Also a thanks to the ladies handling all of my weekly phone calls.

We had a very good experience with reliable metal building had an issue with the permit and Gerri was able to put on hold until I got that resolved and the crew was very friendly and did a great job . Really loved the way it turned out and would definitely recommend this company

24x25 building had install date of 6th then day before the pushed to 7th in morning then that day pushed to 2 and finally arrived at 330 just to work for couple hours to return next day .Someone had to be there which made it very inconvenient. Paid an extra 1200 to have seal around bottom to keep water out and now have weeds growing into building on 3 sides . Walls are an inch or better at places away from seal ! Contacted Monday the 11th sent I pics to them . Days later get a text that Mike would call me . Zero contact since then today being the 20th . Had a 4.8 rating I think when called them and now at 3.2 . Can see why it dropped so quick . Unbelievable !!

Crew just finished our 12 x 25 x 10 carport for our new Coachmen camper van. Crew was friendly, efficient, and answered any questions we had. They got the job done in 4 hours, start to finish. Cleaned up perfectly after job was done too! A very good quality building! Overall an excellent job, we are very happy with it! Would highly recommend this company!

Guys came out and put up my 25x26 garage in 12 hrs . Done a awesome job, and really cool to deal with. Looks greatAnswered my questions I had with enthusiasm. I was worried at first when I seen some of the past reviewsBut my experience was phonominal. Only issue I had was they had to cancel and reschedule twice. But it was health reasons, but the day actually worked out great. Went to concert night before and had a vacation day anyhow. A long awaited day. I recommend that crew to anyone. Awesome job guys, thank you. Much appreciated.

After a bit of a delay because of needing site specific blueprints to meet our local building code snow load requirements for our region we finally got our building. I’m a business owner and I know that supply chain disruption labor shortages and rising inflation can cause problems and delays. Thanks to the girls in the office we had a little patience and it payed off, the installation crew did a great job and the build turned out beautiful. Thanks RMB we love our barn!

Chino and his crew did an excellent job! Very fast and professional. Waited about a month to be delivered. The office stayed in communication with us during that time period. Highly recommend!
