Seems like a nice Marina but won't accpept boat older than 2000 reguardless of condition for so don't waste your time if your boats past that. No other marinas in the area have this issue.

Well with over 35 years in the marina industry I have never dealt with a company so inept at doing a simple deal.I put a offer in for a Salt Shaker 30 in as is condition and no survey and the owner of the boat said ok.The owner of the Mooring and Paul both wanted me to be there to inspect in person or employ a marine surveyor, which the boat has had 3 failed surveys.I'm sure they will tell the owner who has been trying to sell his boat for a year a different story.

If you're interested in purchasing or selling your boat I could not have better things to say about Paul Ochs. I worked with Paul primarily over the phone from Boston to get a deal done from deposit to survey to closing and delivery. There were some concerns that arose for me after the survey and I would like to give Paul some extra credit. As a broker and to be expected his priority should always be to protect the interest of his seller and anyone should expect this. However, Paul was able to do this, while not discounting or dismissing the concerns I had with the boat. He was able to work it out with both the seller and myself. Did I feel as though I won? No, I did not, but I am also pretty confident the seller didn't either. Personally I believe that is the way it should be. I felt it was important to let people know, whether you are buying or selling, based on my experience you'll be represented well. Thanks Paul ????
