So after the review I left the other day, I thought I would give Enterprise to me to address the issues I had while renting from them. Today I am trying to collect everything I need to turn in to my car warranty department so I can get some reimbursement for the $2,100 I spent that I paid out of pocket. I dropped my rental off at 1130pm on Friday and tossed the keys in the night deposit box. That was to date and time that my app and rental agreement had posted on my dashboard. On Saturday afternoon I opened my app and cannot locate my previous rental agreement on the app. It is not listed anywhere on my previous rentals. Sunday, I check again…no previous rentals on my app. Today, same thing….so I start calling the branch I rented my vehicle from. I called all day and listened to the automated message on their phones so many times that I lost count. Finally, I hear the sound of someone picking up my call but it was just a recording about their office already being closed. I call customer service and I’m glad I did because I found out that they listed my rental as past due and said I dropped it off on the 6th. All I was trying to do was get a frickin receipt and found out about them lying about the time and date the vehicle was returned. Of course upper management was already gone. I will never again rent a vehicle from Enterprise again. Their customer loyalty sucks, upper management doesn’t follow up with customer issues, they put me in not 1 but 2 unsafe vehicle and then tried to make it out to be my problem to fix the vehicle.

I travel for work and frequently use the portsmouth enterprise location. David, along with the other coworkers at this branch have always had top notch customer service. The cars are clean and smell nice. The location has never been out of vehicles, which is more than I can say for other branches I've went through in alabama. All in all I know that when I go through this branch I can expect nothing but the best.

My first experience renting a car. I did my reservation online about 4 days prior to my departure date. I called the following day after making my reservation to confirm and asked how it all worked. I spoke with Garrison and he explained it all to me. The morning of my departure my husband and I went in and met Abraham, David Robinson and Alyssa. They are top tier on professionalism, kindness and willingness to help make it as stress free as possible! I will be happy to do business with them in the future and I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. It was a great experience and the vehicle was squeaky clean and ran great.

I work on the road traveling throughout the country and regularly pick up vehicles from the Portsmouth location. Vehicles are always in great condition and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Have had nothing but good experiences with this location and will continue to use them in the future!

I made a reservation to pick up a vehicle on 10/19/23. I was making a trip to NC. At 8:17 one of the employees called to let me know that they did not have a vehicle to put me in but I could check back later. I waited about an hour because we were supposed to leave at 10:30. I had a neighbor take me there. The gentleman was nice enough but there was no vehicle's to rent to me. He said they had called Huntington, Chillicothe, every body shop? and there were no cars to be had. But I could check back later. So I waited until noon and called again. He said there wouldn't be a vehicle available, I could check back Friday to see if one was returned, but he couldn't promise me anything. He said it had been a very stressful day on them, so I am assuming I wasn't the only person who was unable to rent a vehicle that had been reserved. I understand that things happen, I just want people to be aware that you might have to cancel your trip or make other arrangements if your counting on having a reservation. I do have to add that I have used them previously and had never had any issues, so for this to happen really took me by surprise and left me scrambling for other alternatives.

They were supposed to meet us at the shop with the rental, they were a no show. Had requested an awd suv well they don't have any. Everything they have needs oil changed. Portsmouth, Ohio Enterprise rent a car is a joke. Go somewhere else. Run this place sucks.
