We’ve bought our last 2 vehicles from Tiffin Auto Direct. Our family vehicle and the most recent was a car for our 16 year old son. Bill and his team are first class and this is one of those dealerships you would send your Grandma to. We entrusted Bill with the task of finding a car for us that we could keep at our Florida home. Not only did he find a vehicle that suited us, he made sure it was in excellent shape, with no CarFax issues, but he also went above and beyond to detail the car and arrange shipping to our house in Florida! Bill stayed in touch with us and the trucking company at every stage of the trip and made sure it is parked safely in our driveway!! Bill will always have our business because he always has our backs!
