They will not cancel a order that is on Back order until June of 2025 .I spoke to Customer service numerous times and they keep telling it can't be canceled I tell them I don't want to it I want to cancel the order because it's on Backorder and they tell me they can't cancel order. I am done with HomeDepot forever. This place is a absolute joke! They expect to pay for something that won't be delivered for a year.

Definitely not what it used to be they need to go ahead and close the doors on this one I know that I will never be back customer service was lacking everything that used to be in one place is now one another and so for older people this becomes a huge annoyance because you are walking around in circles trying to find stuff and you already old and in pain you could have just left it where it was

Receiving really needs an attitude adjustment.
There's no reason to get ugly with people while they're doing their jobs.
Most of us are out here doing you a favor and in the heat for much longer doing much more strenuous work.
We're not here for your convenience. If I'm doing my job I can't stop just to make yours easier.

The customer service aspect of this place has dropped dramatically. Avid home Depot shopper & I've noticed these last few shops the employees are rude & unhelpful especially those working the front. For it to happen multiple trips myself and what I've witnessed other customers experience, It's a shame, I now find myself traveling 20 mins out the way to shop at another location.

Store is pretty typical, however many of the staff members could use a lesson in customer service. On my most recent visit I encountered two such individuals, Misty the cashier and a young man working in the tool rental section. Both were rude and behaved as if they did not to be there. Fortunately I did not let either of them ruin my day, but I will decide to shop elsewhere next time. Life's too short to deal with the unkindness of others ? Do better Home Depot!!

Only 3 self checkouts open with a person helping at each one. The other 2 self checkouts were closed. Lanes closed. Stood in a longline for them. Only had one item.

Horrible experience! We usually buy all of our materials for our home renovation business from the Big Blue place (Lowes). Unfortunately our interior designer liked flooring that only HD had and was a nightmare from the start to the end without going in detail we settled for flooring at another retailer.
