I have stayed at several locations and at this location, the rooms have not been refreshed in a while. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the carpet looked like a cat had been scratching at it for years. The tiles in the kitchen were loose. There was a small loveseat and no other seating in the living room. I am glad this was not my first time at a Staybridge because I wouldn't know that a well run one is so nice. On the upside the linens were fresh and in good condition. The service was great as expected.

Do not stay here. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. There are no staff working here. No one at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Myself and another guest waited there to check in to the point some one else from the kitchen came out and checked us in.... front desk staff never showed up. Then when we got our room there were no sheets, pillows etc. For the pull out couch even though we stated 4 people were staying in the room. My husband called down to ask for this and they refused to bring it up, didn't apologize or do anything. We had to go down and get it. The couch was also stained and gross. The toliet ran all night and barely flushed, the room was dirty and when we asked someone where the ice machine was they don't have one. Not worth the money. I would never stay here ago and do not recommend it.

Not very good. Just checked in. Room for four as reserved. Only three towels. No bedding for the pullout sofa. Refrigerator open and hot. No USB PORTS. Clock is broken. Room is dusty. Are you kidding me. Who checks these every day? Nobody I guess. They should be embarrassed. Thankfully the night desk attendant was able to help with a couple things.

I had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home — they were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
The room was more than just a typical hotel setup — it truly felt like a mini apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Having a full-size fridge and a cozy seating area made a big difference, especially for a longer stay.
One of my favorite parts was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of hot and cold options. I also appreciated the evening social hours — such a thoughtful touch that makes guests feel welcome and part of a community.
The location was convenient, the hotel was quiet, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or an extended trip, Staybridge Suites is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern amenity we could need—comfy bed, stunning view, and a fantastic shower. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of our mornings. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We had an incredible experience thanks to the amazing staff at this hotel—especially Cameo. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. When she saw an opportunity to upgrade our experience, she personally arranged with the owner, Alex, to move us into a better room at a sister hotel—at no additional cost.
Cameo's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. And Alex’s generosity in making it happen speaks volumes about the type of hospitality you can expect from this team. We ended up in a gorgeous room at a beautiful property and couldn’t have been more grateful.
This kind of thoughtful service is rare and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and will recommend these hotels to everyone we know!

Just a heads up! They no longer accept cash app, Venmo, chime, or Apple Pay if anyone banks with those like I do! Had to use my partners bank card and they switched the reservation from my name (being a rewards member) to his and raise the cost of the room up 50 dollars.

Rooms are spacious and nice.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only 4 hot options one of which was weirdly rice and vegetables in a container that appeared to be for oatmeal. Juice was watered down. Only egg option was a veggie omelet. No knives offered. Special flavor of waffle was out before 8 AM (if it was there at all).
TL;DR: Stay for the rooms. Go elsewhere if you prioritize breakfast.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, However the rooms need some SERIOUS updating. I would recommend that management focus on doing these updates before renting these rooms out to guests. Once these updates are completed, I think with the great staff they already have this place can be extraordinary.

For a very reasonable price, I had a nice suite, with plenty of room, and very comfortable bed. The concierge was helpful and accommodating.
