Slowest pharmacy ever. And forget having your meds if they have to order them. Get told every call to see if they have them that they'll be in the next day, and then call and check and they still don't have them in. The incompetence of this pharmacy is alarming.

Typically the staff is very nice and competent. The app is very easy to use to order refills and will email me once the scripts are ready for pickup. I've gotten several vaccines there and the pharmacists are always very quick and thorough. Plus who doesn't love fuel points?!

Would not use this pharmacy if my life depended on it. Made an appointment for flu shot the day before and waited over 15 min. to get checked in, only to find out they didn’t except my insurance. Tech was rude and visibly annoyed with her customers.

In my last excursion into Celina, I decided to push on into Saint Marys and check it out. I realized though, i needed to do my groceries for the week before I head back. Last thing I needed, was having to do another drive to get it. So i stopped by the Kroger in Saint Marys. Its not a bad supermarket, its a lot like other Krogers. The difference, their selection is more limited. It especially sucked that their deli did not carry Boar's Head meats, like the other Krogers I have been too. I never tried "Private Selection", but once you had the best (Boars Head), you don't go for the rest...Another thing is the prices seemed a little higher, for example on the flowers. I got some of the other things I needed and went on my way.

The only male (Bronwyn) that works there is nothing but rude to many customers including me. Has a rude tone with people & acts like he's too good to wait on people. There's a younger blonde female tech that's rude also. She like to look at you & say something to another worker then smirks at you, then acts like customers are bothering her because she's got to work I don't have problems with the pharmacist themselves it's the select few ones that's very disrespectful to people that's old enough to be their parents or grandparents. I'll be transferring my many prescriptions to a diff pharmacy because of the ones who think they're entitled to treat people badly.

Awful customer service. They have no idea what they're doing. Told 4 different times to come back in 1 day and it wasn't done any of the times. Waited in line for 35 minutes to be told it wasn't done the 4th time. Something needs done with this place.

I just had my chemo today. They are making wait on this chair an hour to get my prescription. When chairs are there for customers that wait for there prescription. Cvs and ever pharmacy works in your prescription faster if you wait in the chair except Koger pharmacy in St. Marys, Ohio.

Every time I call they have issues on there end of the line. They are not friendly at all. It seems like you are bothering them and they get mad. My dr will send my prescription over and half the time they claim they never got it. Then also they never use a different brand of meds if my insurance doesn’t cover it. Then they say I have to call my dr. I don’t get my medication when I truly need them. I get them like 3 days to a week later…

Do you like buying spoiled food? What about dealing with inept, condescending employees? If so then this is the store for you! I purchased some beef ribs from this store. When I got open and opened the package, they had spoiled. Tried calling the store, but kept getting placed on hold. After 20+ minutes of waiting, I logged onto Kroger.com and did the live chat. They said they would give me a store credit of $22. Go back to the store the following week, they say there is no record of the store credit. After waiting around for 30 minutes they finally decide to take the $22 off my bill. I didn't realize that Kroger had sunk to Wal-Mart levels of customer service. At least now that I know that, I can save myself time because Walmart is much closer to my house. I will recognize Chelsea in customer service for being the least helpful person in the history of grocery stores. Congratulations girl!!!!

Had a pick up scheduled between the hours of 11-12pm. I arrived and checked in on my phone at 11:03am. I seen my associates coming and going out the click list doors. I eventually called because I still was not helped 35 min later. No one picks up the phone and no one was coming in/out of the doors. I eventually tracked down a young boy that was making a delivery and asked about my order. He didn't come back out so I asked another young boy that was helping. I told them to forget it as I waited 58 min total. Me and my two young kids were not happy. Just went in then because I needed formula. Very disappointed. I understand they are low on help but at the same time, don't schedule that many pick ups in that hour if you cannot keep up. Something that should have took less than an hour for me today took me 2hrs 30 min when it was all said and done. This wasn't the first time I had a long wait for my click list, but I thought I'd have good faith. VERY UNHAPPY.

We have been coming to this Kroger for years. Typically we have a decent experience, despite only having 2 checkouts open most Sundays.

I'm starting to believe that it's a prerequisite for the staff at a Kroger pharmacy to be rude and slow. Every time I pick up my prescription, I wait 10-15 minutes just to be helped, even when I'm the only customer there. Then the staff always acts like you're bothering them when you're just trying to pick up a monthly refill.

Male Employee stocking shelves without a mask on. After backing out of three aisles to avoid him, I asked him to please put on a mask. He said he couldn't because he'd been sick. All the more reason to wear a mask! If he is too sick to wear a mask, please send him home until he can comply with the state mandate and wear a mask to protect others. This is about keeping the customers and the community healthy. Be considerate enough to wear a mask for others. Some of us have underlying conditions. Fortunately there are other places to purchase groceries.
