I called them at 6:30 in the evening they don't close until 10:00 my dog was having seizures and I asked if I could bring her in they told me no go to Canton or Akron, I definitely would not recommend this place if you have a dying pet..

Made an appointment for a THREE year rabies vaccine, when I went to pay my $150+ bill I saw there was only a one year administered. I questioned this and was told that they didn’t have any record of a previous vaccine. Meanwhile, no one said a word about it until I asked. I then asked for them to check the records (which I had faxed from previous vet) and she very quickly found that she received a 3 year, um.. yes THREE years ago! My cat hates the car, her crate and strangers so this isn’t an easy task. I received nothing but an “oh well, you’ll just have to bring her back next year for a three year”. Thanks to whomever works there with reading difficulties.

Called Friday for a prescription refill didn't have it said they would have it Saturday didn't have it. Sent me an email to come pick it up there and they still didnt have it. Wouldn't recommend for any services. went to pick it up and told they don't have it. I think they are very incompetent people.

I called them today concerning my bf dog they got us in right away same day. Staff was very friendly. All of our concernes were addressed. We finally found a good vet to take the pup to. Thank you so much

Very compassionate staff. Every visit, from euthanizing my pain riddled cat, to shots for a new puppy, has been met with exceptional service. Staff is quick to respond to requests for records. They offer emergency services as well.

This was a few years ago when I chose Adamson for their 24/7 emergency services. I had been taking my cat there for quite some time and spent lots of money getting him better. When the time came, I had an appointment on a Tuesday for euthanasia. He took a turn for the worse and I called them the day before my appointment to get him in. The girl on the phone was so extremely rude, I couldn't believe it. She said they were busy and when I pushed she said, "Well, I can squeeze you in at 2:00, but you're going to have to wait." I chose to keep him at home where he died peacefully that evening. Don't advertise emergency vet services if you're not going to be there for your loyal customers!

5 star vet. Expensive. If u want cheap try checking out a 1 or 2 star vet. Which I don't recommend. Adamson vet goes up and beyond expectations. Very nice staff as well.

Great vet took me in right away when I had a urgent matter staff nice and knowledgeable but very pricy can't walk out without spending about 500 or little less everyone u visit at least the vet is a good one

All of the people here are truly nice. They know me & both of my pets by name when I walk in the door. My 2 were seriously ill a month ago. Their attention to treatment saved my 1 dog & caught the other before she got really sick. I would recommend this veterinary office.

I recently took my dog in for emergency euthanasia. She was suffering from tumors in her liver and was having a hard time breathing. As I got to their door she literally passed in my arms took a deep breath threw her head back and stopped panting. They grabbed her out of my arms took her in the back room called me and immediately she was lying on the table not moving. One of them literally jammed a needle in her heart never said a word to me and then disappeared not explaining anything or saying anything. I was totally in shock with their actions. I was then just presented with a bill for putting her down which literally was unnecessary. My poor dog was dying in front of me and only needed a sedative to take away her fear and her pain. She was passing naturally. I believe they just shoved a needle in her heart so they can charge me for putting her down that was totally unnecessary. The two people that's named on my bill is Amanda Zoldak and Vicky Brooks. It was just a dog to them But to me she is my family and they have left me with a terrible vision of her last moments. I owe it to my dog to let these two people know that the practice that they did was so wrong and cold and uncaring.

My son and daughter-in-law have an 8 pound long-haired dachshund that is 10 years old. Tonight unfortunately he had three seizures that came out of nowhere, we called Adamsons vet clinic Under the impression that they are an after hours emergency clinic. When I called to see if we could bring our dog in, I was told that we had to schedule our emergency. Madison was the person that answered the phone and told me that they were booked and the fact that I didn't have an appointment for my emergency they could not see me.

100% Recommend this vet! (Urgent Care Visit)It was a Saturday and every single normal vet was closed. Our pup Toby had a terrible rash which turned out to be a hotspot and it couldn’t wait until the start of the week. We didn’t know what to do.I called Saturday and they got me in at 9pm for their urgent care as this wasn’t an emergency but it needed attention.The staff members were so nice and polite and got our boy Toby all of the medications that he needed! This was our first time (and hopefully last) using their urgent care but it’s so nice to know that it’s an option if need be.Prices were extremely reasonable considering what was done. Our boy is getting better already and we are so relieved!Thank you Adamson Dan DVM for your help! We are forever thankful for your care and generosity!
