Terrible place, extremely rude, and have made false accusations towards others. Don't waste your time and money here.

They are great with my little dog and give him great care. The prices are high, but they are everywhere.

They are excellent and very nice to my doggies. They also follow up every time you visit and it is mostly women that I have dealt with and my dogs love them!

Would not recommend.
Update: Now that I’ve had time to sit down and leave a review about my and my dogs experience for our very first visit!
1. Front Desk staff were not inviting. Granted it was 8am, saying something when someone enters the office goes along way!
2. I arrived to our appointment with 3 Dogs including 2 GSDs, the lady tell us to come around and to my suprise a cat is free range in the office and was about to enter our path of travel. Luckily my dogs are trained and neutral to cats, and did not engage. however I could only imagine someone coming with their non cat friendly dog. I had to ask the lady to shut the door. Put the cat in a closed room , they should not be free range when dogs are in for visits. Common vet office courtesy.(Our prior vet had cats that stayed behind the counter and no access to the hallway)
3. No one that I encountered , which was at least 4 different females, introduced theirselves/positions. i am still not even sure which one was the VET. Considering this was our first visit , I expected introductions. My prior vet , I knew the names of the Techs, office staff and the VET.
4. The 2 ladies in the room at first for the paperwork just sat at the desk entering information which I had forwarded all their information weeks prior to the appointment so they should have been ready for our appointment. What is the point of requiring to send the prior information if it is not going to be reviewed and notes prior to the visit?we had an 8am appointment and after the initial 10 min check and prior to the shots there was a gap of 30 mins when they finally came back for the shots . i had to ask for an update . Again when they came in the room no introductions.
4. When they came back for the shots , just came grabbed the small dog, no puppy talk to him or anything , put him on table gave shots and that’s it. Then grab my male GSD mind you a big baby who loves to roll on back for belly rubs. One female had him in almost a choke hold and got upset when he showed his teeth and growled. And said they would muzzle him because he was going to bite. Well if I was a dog and an unknown person who did not introduce herself and just started being aggressive with no reason I would growl too! Everything was moving so fast ! If you explain what you needed to do, I could have held him to give the nose vaccine. But no you all carried yourselves in away that is very worrisome.
Hopefully that 1 experience doesn’t not cause an issue once I find a new vet. our prior vet (4 hours away which is reason we found new one), when the techs or vet entered they always greeted me and my dogs! My dogs never knew when they were getting a vaccine because the vet was down on the floor giving belly rubs when he would poke and treat ! And dogs were great never afraid of going to the vet , never been dog or people aggressive and definitely never had to be muzzle at the Vet.
I shared my experience with someone else and they explained it was the same vet they recommended they put down their dog for a broken leg after a car accident . When their sister vet stated that was not needed.
I would not step back in this office. Horrible experience , It felt like it was run like a pop up vet clinic in pet store . We will just continue driving annually to our prior vet at this time , which they felt bad about when I brought my dog in for a follow up visit a couple days after this horror visit .
Please do not send any more emails or call we will not return there .

I have taken 2 dogs and a cat to Lakeshore over the past 8 years. I have been more than satisfied with the staff at Lakeshore. They are always kind, patient, and willing to make your experience as easy as possible. I highly recommend using Lakeshore for your Vet needs and will continue to use them for mine.

If i could give zero stars I would. Unless you only need basic care do not go here. The secretary diagnoses over the phone and the doctors don’t return calls. Now I know why they take new patients and no one else does. They have openings because they are not good providers and people in the area know it. I wish I had.
