I was taking my pets there up until 9/13/24, I was so upset on how they put my beautiful 12 1/2 year old chorkie to sleep. She had diabetes and we tried treatment for 3 months, she was not getting better and started peeing more but even lying in it. When I had other dogs pts they used an iv. She is only 16lbs, was, anyway my husband said the needle was big and it was just trusted in her making her yelp n yelp until she went to sleep. Her helper was holding onto her but I took her and held her. Then they left and ten minutes later came in with the other shot. Most do IV bring them back and do shots and then come back in a few minutes. She went out so roughly I told them I never saw that before and she said sometimes they react that way. My last dog will have a new vet. They also seemed to have an issue with my decision! If so tell me but don’t be mean to my girl. They see little of our dogs, I know Lily was not herself and was miserable, I agonized for a long time and one night I held her and she gave me a look and I knew, I had her since she was 8 months, my beautiful sweet girl. It is so hard with this, then she ended up being no name at the funeral home albeit I understand why but hurts just the same. ??

This weekend I turned Rudy into a pokemon gym in the mobile game Pokémon Go. He lives on forever next to pokemon now.

Instead of waiting outside while my pet was having her appointment during Covid, they made us all drop off our pets at a certain time and call for us to pick them up. I dropped her off at about 9 AM, and expected to come back in a few hours. I didn't get a call until 4 PM. When she wasn't getting her check-up, they had her in her carrier the entire time, and the poor thing wet herself and had to sit in it. It makes no sense to have someone's pet there for so long. Not only do we have to drive home, drive back, then drive home again, but they wouldn't have to hold the animals there. Although it's not like they're caring for them while they're there, anyway.
Also, before this happened my family took our other cat here for eye issues. The vet stated it was how her eyes were and recommended a surgery. Her eyes were never the same again afterwards, and honestly got worse. They used to be so big and beautiful. When they told her and showed her how bad they were, she brushed it off and said sometimes it takes two surgeries and wanted to do it a second time. Thankfully, my parents took her to a different vet later on, and they just told me recently that vet told them they had never seen this surgery so botched before and it ruined her eyes. I'm glad some of you have apparently had good experiences here, but seriously be careful who you trust your pets with and don't be afraid to get second opinions. I don't think there is a vet in this area I could trust less. Keep your babies safe.

Community veterinary hospital in Sebring, I have to say they took really good care of Sushi while she was here. They were very caring and sympathetic when we had to make the hard decision. I am truly grateful for everyone there.

The entire staff here are very caring towards the animals. Their prices are great compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Our cat had a urinary blockage and needed to be hospitalized for nearly 3 days. I know how quickly these things turn fatal but they were able to get him in and start treatment immediately. They made sure to call me to give updates on how he was doing and went in on their day off to check on him. That was very comforting and helped ease the stress of the situation. I don’t think we could’ve had a better experience than we had here.
