I bought a car wash membership. They advertised it was working. Then I go up to the car wash after I paid $267.00 and nothing. I go inside spoke to the clerk who informed me the program isn’t up and running. I go why do you have signs everywhere to take peoples money? She had no answer. I called True North to get my money back and no one returns my calls. Poor business!

Please tell me why you charge for water in ones own water bottle, and not using your plastic cups?. Or at the very least, make some sort of rule of thumb for all employees. This is ridiculous.
