Signed up for Lit Fiber 1 Gbps service got only 89 mbps. Tech support wanted me to run around the house identifying equipment, checking connections. I'm not a tech! Then I was told it would be at least one business day after the weekend before they'd work on it again. I switched back to Armstrong don't know why I changed in the first place. There service is great, speed as promised, rarely a brief outage. And they'll be out Monday to return the set up to the way it was. Faster than Lit Fiber can fix it.

BEWARE!! Super predatory and unethical sales practices to try to get us to switch to their service. Creepy sales guy was scoping all the houses on our street and when we confronted him he was very vague about being a sales guy and instead presented himself as a utility worker who was ready to begin “phase two” by installing a box on our house. He kept trying to get us to agree to let him proceed and was evading our direct questions about what agreeing actually meant -switching from our current provider. Then when we told him no and to go away he wouldn’t leave and kept throwing promotional deals at us. Shady sales. I’d fear for elderly or unsavvy consumers.

These guys are really doing a good job over here. After years of being in a monopoly here in Medina, I very much welcome the competition. The installation process went by without any issues, everyone have been super friendly, and knowledgeable on the product. And so far everything has been handled with local support, no overseas tech support so far.
There website is barebones simple, but honestly, it's got what I need. They are an ISP, and nothing more. I am so far getting %100 of the advertised speeds, latency is excellent. If they can keep there monthly cost in check, I see no reason to move away.
