We needed downspouts relocated after we altered the drainage pipes in front of our house. Rainaway did a beautiful job at a very reasonable cost. The downspouts look better than they did originally. I recommend Rainaway unconditionally.

I have used Rain-A-Way several times over the last 10 or so years: Gutters and now siding. Top quality work from experienced people. My house is old and has some details that make trim work like siding difficult. They know how to work with raw materials and unique situations and button things up so they look great. I don't think most of the big siding companies would have been able to do this job as well as Rain-A-Way has.

Buyer beware. I had a 30 year roof put on my house by Rain-A-Way 10 years ago because I didn't want to worry about a roof leak and wanted better than a 20 year shingle. I got a leak on July 6th and called the company and left a message. I talked to them again on Monday July 8th and they asked for pictures which I sent that day. We had heavy rains all week, Contacted them again on the 9th, 10th & 12th and finally late afternoon on the 12th they said they couldn't come out until the following week. At no time did any of the 3-4 people I spoke with tell me to find someone else to get on my roof and put a tarp over it because they wouldn't be out for over a week and they just jerked me around all week.
When your Rain-A-Away roof springs a leak down the road don't expect anyone to come out for days, you're on your own. Had I known that on Monday I could have had a coworker stop by and help me with that. Now I have extensive damage that I have to have fixed myself because they take no responsibility for not being upfront for days that they wouldn't be bothered to come out for a week and a half. I don't know how you can do business that way.
Added pics of what I'm left with after the ceiling dried out. Now I need to hire a professional to fix my ceiling that was in perfect condition prior to July 6th rain and I called them right away.

I recently had quality vinyl replacement windows installed from Rain-a-Way. Overall experience was 5/5. Darrell offered professional opinions on windows without a high-pressure sales pitch. Installation was scheduled at my convenience and was a smooth process, with professional installers that took care to install correctly and clean up afterwards. Lead time for windows to be manufactured was about 6-8 weeks. Would use again and recommend to others!

We had a great experience with Rain-A-Way. Our 80 yr old Cedar siding needed replacement on the South side of our house, and they installed Hardie Board in its place.Bob and his crew were professional, polite and kept us informed on the work they were doing. On top of that, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and they really paid attention to the details of what they were doing. We will happily use them again, because this was just phase one of siding work. I highly recommend you give them a call.

They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff... and they work on tile roofs. They also install gutters and gutter guards

The guys came in and did their job in 2 days and we hardly noticed them. Cleaned up great. Darrell was very helpful on the front end and helped it run seamlessly with the insurance co. Would recommend to others.

I have worked with rain a way for over 30 years in every roofing situation except my chimney. They are a great company from the top down.
