Every visit to this bank branch has been an outstanding experience. All the staff members are not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Whether I'm stopping by the teller window or meeting with someone for loan or investment advice, I'm always impressed by their expertise and willingness to help. Their warm attitude makes it easy to ask questions and feel completely at ease. Truly one of the best bank branches I’ve ever been to!

I'm a big fan of this location. The facility is always so sleek and clean. Notary services are available and most people I've encountered here have been friendly and helpful.

This branch is going down and gets really worse. The teller, her name was Amebr and she was new to the branch as of Feb 2023, refused to notarized my documents. I never had any issue with the Notary before, and I feel I should not do any business with Chase anymore. As the Chase Customer of more than 10 years, I feel insulted by the way I have been treated in this branch.

The big guy in the front acted as if he didn’t see us come in. Just based off that alone made us feel like we should be there. Then they told us we couldn’t open an account until an hour later when not one customer was in the bank.

I called in to this branch to make an appointment for a business credit card and the gentleman that answered the phone just abruptly hung up. He said he can't do any appointment until next week I asked had there hours changed due to covid he gave the hours and abruptly hung up. This is unprofessional he could have said thanks for calling is there anything else you need assistance.
