I am posting this review at 9:27am ,12/24. I just filled my tank and went in to get a cup of blond roast. After making my coffee, I ask the older woman attendant, about the raw sugar due to the bin being empty. She told me all of it was out. I said I hate to pour out the coffee I just made because I don't use artificial sweetener. The attendant then said, can't you get the coffee and use what you have at home.??. I politely advised NO, I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT!!!

I was just here on a cold snowy gray day to take an order and today, every single employee greeted me with a sincere smile. Their friendliness and kindness really stood out as remarkable. This means a lot to me in the world of customer service so I just had to stop and give them the 5 stars they deserve. It's also a very clean, well stocked store.

I stop in your store Sunday afternoon. The service upfront in cashiers were politely rude at best. I stood in the middle lane which was the correct lane but switched to the first lane where another customer was standing. The manager on duty or lady in charge didn't say anything to the person standing there until I moved over because your service was too slow in handling lottery. There is only one sign that says line forms here but when entering your store most customers will probably go to the first lane because they can't see your signage. I probably waited 5 minutes or more which is understandable since I worked retail. What's not acceptable is the snarls and total disregard for customers standing to be rang out. The lady in charge in an authoritative voice would say the lane is in the middle. My problem is if the lane is in the middle and there is no signs plus three people behind the register that resemble employees how would customers know? Plus in asking me how my day is going and I say better now the remark of " you're fine you're alive",is neither here or there in customer service after waiting. How about teaching your employees to be customer sensitive in being apologetic when they know that customers have waited. I retired after 35 years in retail and understand the stress in serving customers and I also recognize rude cashiers when I come across one or two. You have several at this location. Fix it since we pay there salaries by shopping your store.

Have had positive shopping experience and lady cashier was very nice and smile, pleasant and provided me a friendly reminder about 99 cent coffee on Mondays! Felt welcomed and definitely coming back for snacks and coffee !Good deal for coffee ?

The service is extremely slow, Their prices our extremely higher than any other stores, most times it's only one person at the register who I suppose is the manager. who obviously doesn't understand that morning traffic would like to get in and out so they can go to work or home. I came in this past weekend & they actually had 2 registers open because the line was so long but that didn't matter because the clerk at one register had to help the other one so the line continued to grow I was 3rd in line and just left because they were taking way too long still..smh
