Staff was very friendly and helpful! Prices were great! Checkout was simple. The only issue is the fact that corporate does not allow you to call the store directly with questions. Which is very silly considering the nature of this specific store

I was so excited to finally get to go to a Best Buy Outlet store. Yet it was such a let down. I guess the appliance prices are OK but as far as electronics, thats a big negative Ghost Rider.. It was kinda ridiculous the tiny mark down for used and open box merchandise outside of their appliances. A couple of surround sounds were semi ok priced but we're they displays used forever?? You may as well buy new for not very much at all more. It was a huge let down to drive 2.5 hours for nothing. I had 2 people actually ask around the whole store if I needed help. The rest if all the employees were up front around the service desk on their phones heads down dodnt even acknowledge we were even in there. Total Letdown and we were the only ones in the store other than a couple that left right after we came. Sad Prices especially not even special prices for using their credit card there. I should only give it 1 Star.

I bought a washer and dryer from here, good deal and buying it went smoothly. Unfortunately that was the last time anything went smoothly with them. Upon delivery I asked them to put the washer in the left and dryer on the right so the doors don't hit each other. They ignored this and asked me to sign saying I was happy, I told them I wasn't happy and didn't sign anything and he just left. The washer had a cracked water return hose so it was leaking all over my floor when I ran my first load of laundry. The dryer was so dented that the drum was hitting the panel and making a terrible noise and the door was cracked. When I called BestBuy's support they did nothing, I then went back to the store and they offered to flip the doors for a price and would send out a tech to fix the other issues. But when you tell them exactly what is wrong they don't believe you and send a tech a week later out to confirm the issue then they make you schedule another appointment another week out where they actually bring the part. So I had a useless washer and dryer sitting in my apartment for almost a month. The customer service is tragically slow. I would recommend buying from a local place that can send someone out same day to fix issues that arise.

I had no idea this place existed! They have a huge store of discounted appliances, TVs, sound bars, gaming consoles, monitors, and more. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
I ended up purchasing an open box of sennheiser headphones. The employee opened it up for me to let me look at it and make sure all the accessories were in there. Will definitely be back if any of my major appliances go bad in the future.

Just OK. I have been here 4 times and didn't. Make a purchase. Price of new is more justified, in my opinion.

I traveled here from Indianapolis in search of a deal on a gas range. I had a couple of specific brands in mind, so I checked out the inventory on BestBuy.com first. I knew there was a risk of something I was interested in selling before I got there, but I felt like there was enough inventory available online that made the risk worth the drive. Other than being greeted at the door, no associates approached me or even looked up as they walked by, so I was a bit concerned at first, but once I reached it to someone he was helpful and even took the time to locate a range that was not on the sales floor but on the loading dock so I could see it. I ended up getting a great deal that I was happy with and the checkout process was quick and easy. Chal (pronounced Cal) was beyond professional and courteous and was a delight to work with. There was no pressure to add on any service plans or additional bells and whistles. He wrapped the range very well and the team loaded it into my trailer for transportback to Indy. In all I spent about 90 minutes in the store. There were tons of fridges, washers , and dryers as well as plenty of electronics, tvs, etc. I would definitely start my search here again for any future high ticket/major appliance purchases.
