I've been coming to this location for the last few years. The very first day of the ERA is very busy. However, Daryn was awesome and very professional given that they were running behind. You could tell the customers were a little upset but she handled it very well. I was in and out in 30 minutes once it was finally my turn.

Horrible experience, wrong address, no city taxes done, embarrassing. Manager doesn’t care that we waited over an hour for our appointment and continued to take calls and disregard our requests while she finally tried to take care of us.Save money and time, go somewhere else.

Tanisha Cosby is the tax preparer at Jackson Hewitt (Springfield, Ohio) who does my taxes. She has done my taxes for at least 4 years (if not longer). I specifically ask for her and if she is busy and another tax preparer is available I will still wait for Tanisha. Next year I will ask for Tanisha, the year after that I will ask for Tanisha, the year after that I will ask for Tanisha.
