Called to get my AC charged. 2 hours later I was getting it done. I now have cold air cooling my car again! Super nice guy. Very very reasonable on price! Will definitely go back if I need them again.

Called in a pinch 10 minutes before closing time. Mr. Shroyer was willing to wait past closing time for me to arrive and give my car a checkup. Dented a tank that had a $500 paint job. I had went here in February to have my Durango’s radiator fixed, with fantastic service from the old man. Took them longer to replace the radiator than what the service manual said, yet they still charged me for the time that was in the service manual (huge amount of money saved). They had mentioned, after talking a little bit, that they were very good at lining the inside of gas tanks for motorcycles. Which led for me to bring in two gas tanks I had that were in need of having a liner put in two weeks later. (I brought these in early March). They did tell me it would be at least a month until they could get to them due to tanks ahead of mine. Fast forward to mid-May I had called about my tanks to see if both tanks were ready, because I had not heard anything about them in about 6 weeks. Was told the one was ready for pick up. The son of the owner told me that the other tank might be a little bit longer due to it being nicer and them wanting to ensure nothing bad happens to it during the lining process. When I picked the one up, I asked about my custom tank (the one in the pictures) the son told me that it will be another two weeks because they were a little swamped with work and that we could workout pricing for both tanks to be lined. So the two weeks go by and I call about the nicer tank seeing if it was ready for pick up which I heard again how busy they were and had still not gotten to it. Which was totally fine with me. I called them again on Monday June 21st, 2021 and heard the same story about how busy they were, but they were going to get to it that night and it would be ready for pick up by Wednesday June 23rd, 2021. Being stuck at work that day I called them the following morning, Thursday June 24th, 2021 and asked if the tank was ready for pick up. The son told me they just lined it that morning and it would be ready for pick up. He also said quote “there’s a small dent in it.” My father had went with me to pick up the gas tank, the tank was sitting outside, to which my father saw the dent and said calmly “that’s more than a small dent, that’s f***ed up” to which the son who heard the comment got upset with my father. The son said they weren’t gonna charge me for the tanks, to which my father said he would rather have me pay to have them lined then to have the one with a dent fixed and repainted. The son was very hot tempered and stated that they were not responsible for the damages done to my tank. Him and my father got into a verbal altercation with the son talking about wanting to fight my dad. The old man of the shop told his son to stop after he came out of the garage and he took me off to the side while my dad and his son separated to cool down. The old man told me they didn’t know how it got dented and apologized for it and for his actions of his son. He also told me they tried to pop the dent out with no success. Had this happened right off the bat, I wouldn’t be writing this review now. The experience with the son and now having to pay more money to have my tank fixed and repainted (then having them line both tanks) has led to me writing this review. The son NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE before I ever come back.

We took my sons car to get the radiator checked as it had been overheating. They found a crack on one of the side tanks and replaced the radiator. We we arrived he showed us the old radiator and explained how he checked the system and what he did. We then received a bill significantly lower than any of the chain repair store wanted to charge. I highly recommend you visit this facility if you suspect you are having issues with your radiator

For the price I paid to have a new fuel pump, wiring system redone, and a new coil, I would definitely come here again for future car repairs!
