The employees are usually very friendly but lack knowledge, the branch needs to expand their hours they close at 4pm ( most people can’t make it before they close if they work ) and zero Saturday hours

While the employees are very nice I hate the drive-through. I have to come up to the area once a month to run my errands and this is the only US Bank in the area I needed to cash some checks but the guy in front of us from out of state had some kind of issue and after sitting there for almost 15 to 20 minutes I couldn't wait in line anymore because we had to pick our son up from work. They should have made him come inside or something the drive-thru has always been slow but this was the slowest ever. I noticed a lot of US banks are closing up and they're getting harder and harder to find out here in this area. I live over 40 minutes away and then having to come up here and sit in line that long and still not get served was ridiculous

The service at the US Bank branch here in Sugarcreek has always been phenomenal. I enjoy going in there and I'm always greeted with a smiling face.

Nobody really knows how to do much of anything. It seems like every time I am there, “ The Wi-Fi is down” or “ we are having problems with our computers today.” When your business primarily runs over Internet, and uses computers, it is of first importance to make sure that your systems are running. It is important to have employees who know how to take care of your customers. This branch is horribly run, and low quality.

Tried to report a fraud application . talked to 4 different people was transferred to the 5th and was on hold for over 30 min. and hung up. Have never or will never apply for a credit card. thank you very LITTLE.

Was referred here to refinance out mortgage. The lady was very vague in how she was going to do this. Ended up applying for a Home Equilty Line of Credit which they send you a link to complete by yourself with no assistance. I emailed the lady about corrections to make to the application and she never responded to me. Called her after 3 days when I got the disclosure that I somehow applied for a 2nd mortgage for an amount far below what we discussed. She claimed that she would try and get the application amended and fixed for me but called me back an hour later and said the application was rejected. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge on their application system is evident. I would not recommend going here for any refinancing needs if you are hoping to have a professional guide you through the process.

Every time I visit, their system is “downâ€, or the people at the front desk don't have a clue what they are doing. IF they are able to do what I need, I can expect to waste 30 minutes of my time.
