The first three times I’ve ever been here which I’ve only visited the store three times . I’m a woman and every single one of those visits somebody that works there has talked down to me. Today took the cake. I mean, you don’t treat customers like that. I wish I would’ve left the item on his counter and just walked out the door. I should’ve never followed through with my transaction. I don’t know if they just hate women here or what but I won’t be back ever again. Once bitten but 3x I’m out , good luck

The people working here are always very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. A level of service that you no longer see in “big box” stores. My dog got spooked in the store, slipped out of this collar, and they locked the front door to prevent him from running out into traffic until I could catch him. They were patient and understanding and I appreciate that. A great asset in the community!

Ace has a great assortment of products for your outside needs. I needed some peat moss to fix some dead grass spots in my yard and was happy that they carried it. The employees at this Ace are always friendly and welcoming. Good selection of tools and parts inside too. Definitely my go to!

Had an emergency plumbing issue, called to see if they had a part I needed and they did, they stayed open for me so I could get the part! Amazing customer service!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I bought a drill that did not work at the manager was rude and refused to take the defective drill back. Despite their policies states that defective item can be returned. I will never shop at this Ace Hardware ever again be warned. They will not let you return any item no matter what.

This little store is packed full of goodies, yard stuff, camp gear, nuts, bolts and ropes, popcorn on your way out too. I was asked 4 times if I needed help. Maybe excessive but I'm not complaining. The prices on many things (not all) were excessive if you compare them to Walmart and they're the same product and maker. Still lots of new things to see.
