I worked for this location. They still have not paid me. The conditions are horrible. They don’t change the sheets. They just make the beds. I found a roach and one of the rooms while I was cleaning it. I literally worked there one day and they still have not paid me, they keep saying I took their shirt, but I never took their shirt because I didn’t wanna carry any roaches home with me. Beware of this hotel.

Very nice location that has been through the remodel phase the chain is going through.
You can tell it is an older location, but even then, they did good revamping it.
The elevator is amazing. I know it is just a few floors, but some of these old sites get the remodel and the elevator is still running on gear made in the Eisenhower administration. My travel companion and I both commented how quick the elevator came when we hit the button. It is the little things like that that help a last minute emergency business trip feel less annoying.
The staff at this location is also above par. Not sure if luck, training, or just the area they pull from, but the folks here were the highlight of the trip. Extremely nice employees from check in to check out. Travelling this route in the future, this location will be on the short list due to that fact alone.
Rooms: All in all, ten USB ports in the room along with outlets. I did not get to use them all, but it is nice to know the rooms are outfitted for multiple devices so I do not have to bring as many brick chargers when doing shows and needing to charge multiple battery packs and POS units.
Window blinds were excellent for keeping out sun and streetlights for those needing "The Dark".
While it has been remodeled, they kept the carpet flooring. I prefer the had floors these days, but the carpet was fine. Clean as it could be.
Bathroom was well stocked, but the tube had drainage issues. it did drain, but much slower than I would of liked. Free foot bath basically.
Safety: Felt very safe arriving late at night. Parking was a little more open than the busier times of the week. Even if it was crowded, plenty of space up front and near the front on the sides.
Food and drinks: Always a wide selection for breakfast. This location has the new remodeled layout for the free breakfast. So you now get the sticky buns, the pancake makers, the multiple egg and meat options. If you are staying at an Express & Suites, always try to make sure they have the new layout.
The nice lady working the breakfast room was very attentive and was keeping things stocked as needed. I know my way around the Express breakfast offerings, but the proactive approach by staff is always appreciated.
Noteworthy details: Easy to find, right off the highway.
Do be CAREFUL of the driveway into the location!
This location has a very flat street with a really steep grade into the parking area. The transition is really radical.
TRAILERS/CAMPERS: you will want to exercise caution (think crossing a reverse railroad grade). Not sure if there is another entrance to alleviate that issue. There was at least one large Class C in there that did not seem to have an issue when I talked with the driver.

Hotel was not good. Staff rude and arrogant, except a few. Communication hard. No safe in my room. Breakfast was terrible plastic food. Would not recommend.

I was here every week for 3 months for work and had a great experience. The personnel helped me with any request and even opened up breakfast an hour early for months so that I had a chance to eat before work each day. The rooms were always clean and stocked, laundry facilities were available, and there are options for food nearby.

Always enjoy Your hotels, yet cleanliness issues I had. Elevator had a spill that stayed Sunday afternoon until we left Monday at checkout, stairs doors I had ask to be wiped because there was a lot of dirt/grease on all handles, East and West stairs. Hope to bring attention to some of these issues for house keeping to watch for
Walkability: Need an ice machine on 2nd floor

Well arrived with reservations and secured a room. Went to the room, and it was a room that either had someone in it or wasn't cleaned yet. Went back upfront, and she apologized and gave us another room. The second room was ok. it just needs to be updated. Before checking out, as I was getting my things around and making trips to my vehicle, my key card stopped working. Had to walk back upfront, and the manager apologized again, stating the key card was deactivated an hour early. So as I returned to my room to finish getting my stuff, I walked into housekeeping in my room, starting to clean it. I just grabbed my stuff and left. This was all before checkout time. I never went back upfront. Just left. And I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We stopped here after driving forever to find a hotel that had room available. Chris at the front desk was great to work with. He was very welcoming and accommodating. Both of our rooms were clean and it was a quiet stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Omg thank you so much for not accepting pets. Since I'm highly allergic to animals. Furthermore if the animal is indeed a service animal the owners of the animals would provide the paperwork for the service animal and not get mad if the staff asked for the paperwork. The location of the hotel is superb. The price is wonderful. Customer service is the best. Chris acknowledged me upon arrival and addressed with courtesy as diamond elite member. The entrance of the hotel was very clean. Chris was mopping the floor and answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and went above and beyond on what I needed. I don't understand why this people post negative comments just because they are told that this hotel is not pet friendly. They should be mindful and courteous towards other people trying to sleep and keep their animal quiet. I love the owners that don't accept animals in their hotels. The people that write negative comments should just continue to go to their Hyatt infested hotels. Just notice when you walk in to your hotel and see all the furniture chewed up by this so call service animals. I don't want to stay in a hotel that has flees like the hotels that accept animals. Thank you for not accepting pets. I will comeback again to this very friendly hotel staff.
Nearby activities: Everything around to shop. I love shopping.

Just 1 night stop over. Freshly painted. Breakfast accommodating. We got a late start. The woman let us sit well past closing. Really appreciate not sending us away to find Breakfast.
