I've been a customer with Promedica for over a decade. Their customer service is unrivaled. I recommend them over any other bank I've been with or heard about. Amanda Berning and a few others have not only had my back, but everyone that puts money into that place. They genuinely care about you and your banking needs. That says something special because they are supposed to look out for your money, not for you to treat them like Dr Phil.
