Reading the reviews place looks like a good place to get a storage unit…….but no one is ever in office, door always locked even when hours say they are open. They never answer phone. Have called several times. Left messages and never received a call back.. my review is solely based on reaching someone. Not storage units themselves.

My husband and I have had storage with this facility for the last few years. The owners are wonderful and very nice to talk to! They offer different unit sizes and have reasonable rates for their options! The units are in great shape inside. They are the “Go-to” place for storage needs in a small town like Trenton.

Phyllis and her husband are wonderful. They met me the same day to rent a storage unit and were so professional, helpful and kind. Their rates and storage units cannot be out done! By far the best storage place we have seen!

Rented two units off of them. I was with them for almost 3 years.
Couldn’t ask for better owners, they keep communication open, the office and units are amazingly clean, and I never had any pest problems at all. Very nice place. I recommend everyone to them.

If you need a very nice and clean secure storage unit this is by far the best place around to store your items! I have used this Storage Place a few times over the years having recently had rented a large unit for about a year. The owners of this place are very pleasant people to talk with and very nice. Great customer service! They offer several different size units as well as RV and Boat or Trailer parking. Well lit and secure with Cameras. The Storage lot is locked every night. You cannot go wrong with using this place. I totally highly recommend this place for all your Storage needs. Easy access right off State Street (State Route 73) in Trenton Ohio 45067! Joe and Phyllis Patrick are excellent people to deal with and you won't go wrong!!! Thanks Joe and Phyllis I appreciate all your hospitality during my needs!

I can’t say enough good things about Trenton U-Store-it Self Storage. The owners have been so kind to me and I didn’t have to worry about security. They knew everything coming and going out of there. If you ever need a nice, clean and secure storage unit…..this is the place!! Highly recommend:)

The premises are diligently maintained and consistently upheld in flawless condition. I am exceedingly content with my decision to choose this facility and business.
