I was searching for a pen to write in the prayer book in my bag because there was none on the table. Couldn’t find one, and I hadn’t found any clothes I’d liked/ fit me, so we started to make our way out. The cashier stopped us and accused me of stealing a pair of earrings that had been on the table with the book. Don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

So my husband and I went to the boutique a few years ago when we were visiting family. We do not live in Troy. But, I thought it was cute and started following it on facebook. Recently, I made an online order and something happened with the order and Shelia went above and beyond to make sure that I received my order. Not only did she go to the post office, but she also is replacing it since the post office lost my earlier order. This is exactly why I support small businesses. Shout out to Echo and Shelia!

What a wonderful shop! I just got my package that was beautifully wrapped and sent to me after I made an ordering error. The dress is absolutely adorable and staff so helpful! Can't wait to shop in person!

I set foot in the store for the first time and immediately made a beeline for the amazing yellow blouse with flowers…and they had my size! Speaking of sizing, it is often hard for me to find boutique clothing because they are usually is geared towards smaller women, so it was refreshing to find that this store had traditional women’s sizes and plenty of them.

I go into echo boutique often. I just wish they were more size inclusive. I often go into the store and browse online, but can buy nothing because there are no XL sizes for many items. I just wish there were more sizes to support this stylish local business.

Was very disappointing to walk into a shop of this type and the two young ladies couldn’t get off there stools to come and see to the need of a customer. We had to basically tell them to “Get Up”. I know they are not the owners, and mystery shoppers would do you wonders. We were in today 10/26/19 @ 11:30a.
