Incredibly lazy and rude staff. Go to the one in golden gates it’s much faster and much more professional. I don’t understand why work here if you hate your job and have a bad attitude at 8 in the morning

Having read the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about going in to this BMV location...BUT, I am SO GLAD I did! I am an older mom of a recently turned ADULT 18 year old boy/man. He is not good in crowds or being patient, so I try to iron out any issues I can before I bring him in. It was pouring down rain outside, but the people in this BMV location made me feel like it was sunny. I brought all my son's paperwork (birth certificate, social security card, passport (just in case), and two official items that have his name and address on them (in my case, a certified school transcript and a letter from the social security administration). If you look on the website there is an interactive checklist that lets you know what you will need. Ms. Roshondra was my agent (of mercy) who let me through the process...she organized my paperwork and when I told her I was going to bring him back after school to complete the process...wait for it....SHE gave me HER NAME and window number and told me to come right back to her. In fact, all the women I encountered in this visit were professional, knowledgeable, super helpful, and KIND. She seemed to understand how unpredictable an autistic teenager could be, and she did everything she could to make the visit easier when we came back...she cheerfully answered his questions, she made him smile for his picture, she waited while he wrote his signature (slowly!), and we walked out Lickety-split, in record time with his brand new interim Compliant Ohio State ID. Sending a big THANK YOU to the person who hired this team...they are winners!

Went in 40 minutes before closing. In and out in 15 minutes for driver’s license renewal. Very well organized and staffed.

The customer service and professionalism is non existent. I will never return to this location. The way the guy talked to me was unbelievable. He was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Very disheartening to be treated horribly at a business. I was so upset for most of the morning after leaving there. After reading the previous reviews I see there is nothing being done about the complaints and they are okay with being nasty rude people smh

The women that work at this location are so rude. I sat in there for 30 min watching how they treat people. They seem miserable and are so mean to people especially older people that have a hard time hearing. They need a new staff. They act like drill Sargents or mean robots.

VERY Rude AND NASTY They pick up the phone and hang up back to back to back to back to back to back LIKE so people have to uber and handle business but can't get questions answered because they don't like there jobs and are overwhelmed by people like me trying to ask what simple documents I need to come to the bmv.

Employees just walking around doing nothing behind their desk with a waiting room full of customers. Fourth time I’ve been here trying to get stickers and given different info each time on what I needed

They have a newer computer kiosk check in since my last visit. I arrived close to their closing time, all of the chairs were full and several were standing. The line moved quicker than expected but they stayed well after closing to accommodate everyone. The employees were not bad for BMV.

Workers just hangout behind the counter and act like they're not responsible for doing their job. Making everyone have a miserable day just because they're pissed they work at the BMV. Luckily there was one guy that was getting it done while the ladies chatted with the security guard and stared out at the people waiting.

I Highly recommend doing business at this South Taylor location in Cleveland Hts. First time at this location. Staff was amazing. Roshonda was the Representative that helped me. She answered all of my questions and concerns with no hesitation. She was happy to have made my day easier than I thought it would be. This location has great customer service, great teamwork, great clean atmosphere and professionalism. This is now my one stop shop.
