This company flat out has the worse customer service I've ever seen. About 6 times now over the course of 8 months, I get told they will be contacting my rental tenant to schedule getting two windows repaired and then they don't do it. They did come out once to look at it then said they'd call back to schedule the work and... they didn't!I give this company chance after chance and get absolutely nothing in return. I call today and ask for an answer as to when it will get done and get told the guy that will do the work will be in the office around 430 PM and I can call then if I want to "hear it from the horses mouth", in their words. I ask for him to call me directly since this has fallen through so many times and get told "he probably won't call you." I only wish I could give this company zero stars. Absolutely trash company.
