I wrote the below review out of anger, I didn’t realize that they had two Nissan Sentras they were getting fixed. My transmission came in late yesterday and my car will be ready tomorrow (3/6/24).
Brought my car in for a remanufactured transmission on February 21, called on Thursday 2/29 to check the status and was informed the part came in and they will work on it Friday and I will have my car by today 3/4, but received a call saying my transmission didn’t come in and I more than likely won’t have my car until Wednesday a whole 2 weeks from when I dropped it off. I depend on my car and I expect not to be lied to.

My torque convertor started slipping, my old shop 3 hrs away quoted me a price, I just had problems getting a ride. A friend suggested Bob's because it was 15 minutes away. Dropped it off while I went across country for work. Came back 2 weeks later, they had diagnosed and repaired, and even saved me a great deal. Helpful and friendly. Professional services! I'm 100% happy here!

Brought in the car for wiring issues, plus transmission fluid and filter, and an oil change. Great pricing, plus when they fixed a couple wires, and that didn't fix the problem, I brought it back in and they checked it out again at no cost! Ended up junking the car in the end cause the problem was much bigger than a couple of wiring issues, but at least I got good info, and repairs at a cheap price.

Friendly service n everything was all right but when we had got the car back because the transmission had to be replaced are passenger finder was all messed up n know one water to take claims. Other than that had the car back pretty quick also

I would highly recommend this place for any transmission work. He explained he was very busy but still got my car looked at and fixed in a timely manner. He was very upfront and honest about price. I know enough about fixing cars to know he gave me a fair price. I hope he doesn't see any of my cars, any time soon.lol. but if I had another issue.
