Dropped four watches off for battery replacements and was pleasantly surprised when they were done the following day. I didn’t have to wait weeks for them or have to call to follow up. Most of all, no one made me feel as if my jewelry was worthless and I felt that my patronage was appreciated. Terrie is a gem and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business.

Told me they would be able to fix my watch but their repair person wasn’t in so I left it with them for 3 days. Was told someone would call me with my options/estimate. No one ever called so I called them, and the guy seemed Irritated and told me it couldn’t be fixed that I needed to contact Harley. (Harley doesn’t make watches). So I showed up the next 3 nights 30-45 mins before they were supposed to be closed to pickup my watch only to find them closed and gone. I called and left them a message to call me, again no return call. Luckily my wife was able to show up during the day and get my watch, after wasting a week of my time. I went to a watch shop in Columbus and had it fixed in 5 mins.

I got my engagement ring sized here and was so happy with how quick I got it back! I’m waiting on my wedding band to come back from being sized now and I can’t wait!! I highly recommend this place!

I will be a return customer!!!! I dropped my wedding set off Monday and got the call Friday afternoon that it was ready!!! I was expecting to pay 3-4 more than I paid. I am so happy, my rings fit PERFECTLY and look BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Took a little longer than expected to get the ring back for being resized. Gold master was having surgery.Was told the resizing would be free when making purchase at the store. My fiance went to pick it up and they charged us almost $100.Called to talk to them about it and thanks to Bill, the money waa refunded with ease.Lisa helped me shop in the store for the engagement ring and my fiance loves it!WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND '!!

Went in to sell a 5 ounce and a 1 ounce silver bar because they “buy silver” and I was told my silver was fake. My silver came from GMR gold and APMEX which are federal metal exchanges and they don’t sell fake silver. He tested them with a magnet and then let me test them myself. He said they were fake because they were magnetized but the magnet wasn’t being pulled to it. The magnet was being repelled by the silver. Pure silver will repel a magnet. I suggest the employees be better educated on telling if something is real or fake. Needless to say I will be doing business somewhere else where they’ll actually know what they’re doing.
