My husband just spent $15 and it didn’t even get the windshield clean not to mention ruin the truck.. used to be such a nice car wash… since the owner has responded in his normal rudely manner… dear sir, I NEVER said you ruined our truck, we just expected what we paid for. Do you drive a big truck to compensate for your misgivings?? BLESS YOUR HEART !!!

Car wash is terrible. Paid $19 and it didn't remove the bugs or brake dust at all. We wash our vehicles regularly so no our vehicle wasn't overly dirty.

Absolutely a rip off. This car wash costs $19 and doesn’t clean or dry your car. Drive a quarter mile north and go through the automatic Superwash for less than half the price and the exact same poor quality wash. There are no brushes and no people involved. I would be embarrassed to charge $19 to spray somebody’s vehicle with soap and water and call it a “car wash”. I will never, ever, waste my money at this establishment again.

This used to be an awesome carwash before it went touchless. Now all it does is take off top layer of dirt. You have to manually drive yourself through. They have signs to tell you when to stop and go. Unfortunately when I got done my truck was still dirty and had water spots all over it. I will be going elsewhere from now on. They should have kept it the way it was.

we don’t live in wauseon but have dr in wauseon anyway I went through yesterday with my car and it did just fine. My husband went through today and it did a very poor job of washing so I called and the manager called me back or the owner or whatever is he was very rude. I will never go back to this place again Don’t know how you can stay business acting like that!!!

The customer service of the owner is completely unacceptable. I am a district manager of a very large convenience business and my interaction with this man floored me. He seriously needs to learn how to speak to people.

I paid for the works wash and they spent very little time spraying vehicle off before sending through the car wash. They also did not come out the finish end to check vehicle over or wipe things off. When I pay for the works I expect my wheels to be clean and inside the wheel wells. I feel like with a job done well in the pre wash would have gotten this accomplished.

I went there to get my car washed pulled in driveway some man started shaking his head and said he just put 100.0000 dollers worth of brushes in the car wash and my car had to much tist so apparently they should put a sign up that says only newer cars allowed cause my car is a 05 and doesn't have rist on it unreal

The service at this place has gone downhill. They do a lousy job at drying the vehicles, even though they claim that their dryers are high quality. Most recently, they are now rejecting customers that have even a little rust on their cars for fear that their brushes might get dirty or damaged. I strongly recommend not doing business with these people.
