The store was just okay. Their cookies were really good and customer service at the bakery was awesome. The registers are a bit close for my comfort but that's about it.

We had a unique and special experience at this store. I needed cookies to add to a catering order for our daughter’s celebration of life. At the bakery counter, I peppered the staff member with a plethora of questions and struggled with the smallest of details in my grief. Finally, we figured out an order and I left feeling pleased. When my sister picked up the order (enough to serve 100+ guests) a few days later, she was met with a huge surprise and ultimate kindness - there was no charge. What a kind gesture. It speaks volumes about Fresh Market West Chester’s staff and leadership team as well as a commitment to serve the community in many different ways. Thank you.

Among My favorite store to shop for seafood, Tuesday deals on ground chuck and chicken breast specials! The monthly seafood specials especially crab cakes (2 for 1) are delicious!
Very clean, well kept and stocked store. Vegetables and fruit selections are great. Enjoy the interactions with butchers, very knowledgeable.
Cashiers are friendly.
Catch the coffee specials in the AM for a treat!
Plenty of free parking !

Absolutely horrible customer service and staff. Meat department staff unprofessional and rude! Terrible selection, meat smells and expired dates on merchandise! Never shop here again!

I love this store! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love coming here for my produce and they have a really good bakery. My family loves their croissants. It's convenient and it's clean. Better than Kroger's.

I want to say how above and beyond Fresh Market always goes. From shopping there weekly for specials, the employees are so friendly and helpful. Mickey was amazing and spoiled our teachers at a local school with breakfast pastries, fruit and coffee! Thank you so much for all you do!

It is just so unnecessarily expensive. In my opinion. I just cannot justify shopping there would much prefer a trader Joe's we love our aldi but the esthetic here is cute as well as fresh options, just pricey
