I’ve had a lot of issues with my account over the last couple days. The new Albany location and the manager treated me quite poorly but the Westerville shrock rd location treated me very well Mandy & Zeke took amazing care of me and solved my issue.

Deposited a cashier's check from another bank and asked about a hold and was told - "No hold needed as this is a certified check from another bank. Your funds will be available tomorrow." ** Later in the day a SEVEN DAY HOLD was placed on the funds "for my protection."*****SEE BELOW FOR THEIR CONDSCENDING RESPONSE AND LACK OF EMPATHY OR RESOLUTION. It turns out the REAL problem was my expectation! How could I be so dumb!?!?I truly hope that Bank of America can forgive the transgression.

Took my visa payment and didn’t transfer the money to the new Visa card that they pushed on us!!! Now they list the payment information!

Worst bank I have ever dealt with! No free checking available. Have tried for a month to clise my account. Assured twice it was closed and would mail account balance. Now have to go in. No one will answer phone at branches which are 1 hour away. Horrible experience. Non existent customer care!!
