Easy & quick repair. The issue ended up being something much less severe than what I was expecting. I’m thankful for their honesty & transparency. Plus they left a cute thank you gift in the car. Will definitely be back!

Excellent experience with affordable oil change and quality brake repair. Clear communication about quotes matched final cost, Job appears to be done in a quality manner. Phenomenal communication and useful documents. It was easy for me to drop off my car in the evening and pick it up the next day after work since I couldn't come during hours , but I had excellent communication by phone during the day. Highly recommend.

I've taken two vehicles to Willougby Hills Auto Repair and have been very pleased with the service for both. They were transparent with pricing, helpful and informative with options, and gave me their honest opinion about what was and was not needed. I saved hundreds of dollars here vs having the same service performed by the dealer. I'd highly recommend Willougby Hills Auto Repair and will be back for future maintenance needs.

7/24/24. These guys are thieves! $83 dollars to put in a new taillight. The light costs $8 the rest is for labor. I can't believe it! My own fault for not checking around for pricing but who would have thought the anyone would charge so much for so little. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this bunch!

Took my car there for the first time to get diagnosed. The staff were friendly and the facility seems really good. They charge a diagnostic fee which is excepted but when I asked if I chose to get the work done there if they waive the free they said no which was odd as any place I’ve ever been too waives it. I needed a new muffler and tail pipe and they wanted about ~$750 for that which was way too much for that kind of work. I’m now getting it done elsewhere for $350. If you have the money to spend this place seems of good quality and will do good work, but if you’re trying to save a little money I would look else where

Friendly staff, knowledgeable. Ran into some delays due to surgery and illness. Not a problem. Kept me constantly appraised of the entire situation. They came highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
