My check engine light came on for a while, so I took it to a couple of places first, but one did not solve the problem, and the other one (a known mechanic franchise) ripped me off and did not really fix the issue. So, I call my uncle and ask him for a good and trustworthy mechanic, and he referred me to JJJ Auto, specifically Michel Eid. I brought him my car, and I explained my issue to him, and then he told me, "Don't worry, I follow the code". Indeed he did; he fixed my car (I was previously told I need to fix the timing chain (????)), and it turned out it's simply some sensors. Great service! Thank you Michel and JJJ Auto!!

Mike Eid did a great job on diagnosing the problem and fixed it along with a minor replacements. Repair was on replacing an original Alternator of a 2000 Toyota LC, a difficult task for any mechanic. Pleased with the results. Highly recommend JJJ Auto LLC for repair work.

I've had a couple repairs done at JJJ, and Mike always does a great job and keeps me updated with what's going on. He explains in detail if there's any issues and if there are options for me in terms of purchasing a premium or perhaps a standard part. I've normally dropped off the car, and normally he'll do it in a couple days. That's normally for my convenience, I'm sure that he has other arrangement he makes with schedules. Quality of work is always been excellent. He takes good care of my car. And he lets me see the parts that he's replaced.

JJJ Auto is the best. Michael the owner is the most knowledgeable mechanic, honest man, who communicates the issues and options throughout the repair and makes sure the repair is fixed and fixed the right way. Over the many years we have gone to him with my and my children’s cars, the repairs were done right and JJJ Auto saved us a lot of money by zeroing in on the problem and repairing what needs to be repaired. The latest such example, was when I took my car to a local dealer after dashboard lights came on with one indicating I should have it checked by a dealer. The dealer completed repairs of electric wires and replaced a level sensor for a very hefty bill. The lights on the dashboard came back on later and I took the car back to the dealer again. They indicated the same sensor needs to be replaced and it was no longer under warrantee. I took the car to JJJ Auto. Michael discovered that the electric wire repair done by the dealer was so sloppy, the wires came loose. He fixed it the proper way. When he tested the level sensor, he realized it was still working fine. What could have cost me several thousand dollars of repairs at the dealer and replacing perfectly working parts was fixed by Michael for a very reasonable price, a small fraction of the dealer cost.I would highly recommend JJJ Auto for their automotive expertise, outstanding professional service, honesty and integrity, and reasonable price. I stopped in a couple weeks for a quick diagnostic on my vehicle. I wasn't sure what was going on and I really needed advice. He was able to listen and tell me pretty much exactly what my issue was. I kind of stopped in without calling just to ask the question and he was very kind and answered my questions. We'll have her to pay for his time. He told me it wasn't necessary. This was my first time using JJJ Auto. The shop came highly recommended from a coworker. I had a broken spark plug in my F150 (a common problem). Mike is a miracle worker!
