I've received great service getting blood drawn here. They've gone out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable even letting me lay in one of the empty spots to nurse when coming to draw blood with my infant. They are a great team and have not ever had to stick me multiple times, and I'm a hard stick!

This is straight trash. I need a blood draw as ordered by my doctor. I have been here twice and they are unable or unwilling to do this. I do not have time to deal with this total and complete incompetence and lack of care about a patient. This is total garbage. If this is what I have to deal with in Ohio I don’t know what I’m going to do.

Came in for labs, waited 1 hour and 45 minutes with 4 people in front of me. One person was working on Saturday. Terrible patient quality standards. Will never come back. I feel bad for the phlebotomist.

The wait is so long- last time I was there i had the flu! I waited 12 hours then left and called an ambulance- still took an hour To get checked in! Their understaffed and the staff they have are overworked so they suck too!

Slow and the one lady that's older sucks. She has an attitude and when there's people waiting she's like taking her good old time or going on lunch break. Like who does that with their job? Hopefully someone does it to you when you're waiting in an office somewhere. ? very very slow. Only a few women who are polite and can draw. Especially the girls with the face/hair coverings. They are super respectful.

They are slow, rude and now even worse the lab closes at 5pm daily. Apparently management doesn't understand most people work until 5pm and just take time off work for a needed blood draw.
