I've recently went to Identity Salon for my first straightened perm.It turned out rather nice after the first two days of waiting.. Until I took a shower. As my hair was drying, it began to curl again. I made sure to follow my given directions but eventually, I'd have to shower, ya know? I tried multiple times to contact this salon and the stylist I had, but I was never responded to or called back. I'm afraid I'll have to burn my hair almost every day for school because of mere carelessness. I am highly unsatisfied with my purchase.

As always Kay did a great job. She's so helpful in educating me on what would be the best choices for my hair type. I have thin wavy/curly hair. I feel so comfortable and relaxed when I'm here.

I was so happy after my haircut and style, haven't had services like that in years. Finally someone who really cares about me how I feel and look, Debra Cordray took the time to give me advice on maintaining my style, the health of my hair and growth. Had a very pleasant conversation with and a christian who serves our lord. Thank you Identity for adding Debra to your establishment so happy with my hair and services!

Kay McCabe is the only person I will allow touch my hair. She is a top notch stylist with an eye for style. The service was outstanding and prices were amazing. If you want to look your best, Kay is the ONLY way to go.
