Best vet in town. Hannah is always more than helpful and Mary is a god send! She has taken care of my parents animals as well as my own since I was a baby. So grateful to her and the rest of the employees there (and most of all, C)

I have been a customer with Maysville Animal Hospital for years. But boy have they change and what a little b Hannah is. I try to cancel my appointment and was told same day would be charged 50.00. So went home to get my cat had to push back my meeting at work. My cat would come out from hiding so I had to pay 50.00. I'm sorry if life hits people with their jobs. So I'm done with Mary Smith and her bull crap !!!!! She has change so much and not for the good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would have loved to see the Vet everyone seems to love in other reviews but unfortunately we were turned away because they now do NO WALK INS and only appointments. That would be fine if they updated their hours to reflect that but at the time of this review it still shows 10-12pm and 6-8pm as their walk in hours. My dog had a simple ear infection and was having trouble doing anything because of how much pain she was in. To seal the deal the receptionist asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for a month and a half in advance. No I don't, thanks for nothing.

Our mini Aussie loved coming to see Dr. Mary . When there was no longer hope for her to get better ,Mary was so compassionate when euthanizing our beloved dog. I strongly recommend this animal hospital . I like the fact that there is nothing fancy just good care

Last time I EVER call or see this vet! Terrible vet experience. Talks over you, doesn't listen to what you have to say before interrupting you to make assumptions before knowing the issue in full. Very rude and unfriendly. Not caring of your pet at all and can't treat a person that's bringing business with some decency. Talks to everyone on the phone & even in person like trash. Rude to people whose having a hard time losing a pet/putting one down. This lady(Mary) tried to tell me what the surgeon at Medvet had in notes after a very big surgery was wrong! Like okay! You'll never be as knowledgeable as a big time surgeon who travels the world to seminars and to do operations. This lady is a total joke! Not a vet who gives a rats a** how an animal is treated or how she treats a human being. Totally unbelievable the image she portrays of herself. Also, this lady killed my neighbors cat on what should have be a routine surgery (spay). Then calls her and was extremely rude about the situation. Think about that the next time you take your pet here. I would not trust this lady to care properly for any animal!
