After going to pretty much every nail salon in the area, this one is by far the best and the only one I will go to from now on. They work me in quickly and my nails always turn out flawless. They take their time with the Pedicure and do great work. Not to mention they are not as expensive as the others. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.

Really sweet when I nearly passed out but please don't put nail glue on cuts. There were also very strong fumes everywhere and it was quite hard to breathe but my nails ended up pretty good.

I brought my daughter and I in to get manicures and pedicures. We used dip on our hands. Spent over $220 with tip and the next day two of my nails were already cracking. I didn’t have time to go in and get them fixed so on day six I went in and they fixed the broken ones then that night two different ones broke. Terrible quality will never use this salon again. Wasted a lot of money…..:

Had a wonderful experience here with my daughters and my granddaughter. We all got pedicures. Everyone was very kind and friendly and our toes turned out beautiful! We will definitely return!

I requested my nails to just be painted and fix cuticles & my partner requested a manicure with no polish. We waited for a little over an hour he did my cuticles, two of them bled. It took around 30-40 minutes total just for mine. My partner just got his nails clipped and cuticles pushed back, his took less than 4 minutes. We paid $60 together... whether that's worth it or not I'll leave that up to you..

I got off work after 9 hours and went to relax and they had an older man give me a pedicure. I don’t wanna be rude but he could barely move and was shaking. I was there for over an hour just trying to get a pedicure and my polish turned out terrible and lumpy and I had to ask someone else in the salon to finish them. Was on the verge of tears for over half the time. They did fix it but I wouldn’t come back.

I decided to try VIP again for a pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I didn't want to embarrass my mom otherwise I would have told them I wasn't going to pay. For $50 my feet were washed and covered in mildew towels. My polish started to peel off that evening. My cuticles weren't cleaned up nor were my heels scrubbed. I was looking forward to the massage which there was none. Additionally they had their kid there running around and using the polish, pulling in peoples clothes etc. There was no discipline or boundaries. This was a highly unpleasant and expensive experience. I will absolutely NEVER return and I will go out of my way to share my awful experience with others. Poor quality work, too expensive, and terrible customer service.

If it weren’t for the fact that the people were very nice I would write an absolutely scathing review. But instead I will simple say I will NEVER use their services again unless I feel like throwing money away then going home and completely redoing my nails. I did not get the color I asked for, I had wads of dip powder solidified under my nails and all around my cuticles, and before I even got home part of the clear coat started peeling. I was very disappointed because people rave about them and this was the first time in nearly two years that I was having my nails done instead of doing them myself.Service: Dip powder

Worsr experience ever! Will never go back. They started on me, then a couple girls walk in and they started on them. I sat for over 30 minutes. Then he does wrong color and they look terrible!!!!Service: Nail painting
