Great service, quick, clear, fast. Didn’t try to upsell extra repairs. Really helped me when I was traveling and stranded. Defiantly recommend. Takes cash or check only.

From out of town. These guys were great to me on my Nissan Murano. They both were straight up and forward with me. If I lived in Bristow these guys would be the only ones I'd trust to touch any of my cars.

Over the Top Service! While traveling from Texas to Missouri, I hit a raccoon on the interstate at 2am. Will was amazing, and absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me. If I shared all he did to help me, readers of this would think this was a embellished or fake review. If I lived anywhere in the Bristow area, Will would be my mechanic for life!

Absolutely awful. Took my car in for a tune up.. ended up paying over five hundred dollars. While changing my spark plugs the mechanic apparently BROKE the boot.. long story short I had to pay 150 dollars for a part that I DIDNT break. Will not be going back. Very unprofessional, they say they can service a certain type of car and then can't even change a spark plug? Do not recommend.

AVOID THIS SHOP if your from out of town. These guys are Crooks. Took a road trip during the holiday to visit my family from Arizona to INDIANA. Am no mechanic but I have done plenty of work on cars. My 2003 Pontiac Vibe with 215k miles decide to die on me. This is the first time in yrs of owning the vehicle that it die. The car show symptom of a bad fuel pump. Had never let the gas gone low as 1/4 tank of gas. This time around gas was close to the E before I top it off. Drove about a mile before car die in the highway. Call AAA, tow truck tow me to the nearest auto mechanic shop. This happen at night time so the shop was close. About 6am a old fella goes in the shop turn on the power. I end up greating him. Ask him how much would parts and labor to change a fuel pump in my car. He say $200. thought the price was fair. I have change 2 fuel pumps in my lifetime, for those 2 vehicle the fuel pump Had never cost me $100. I drove 1k miles and didn't have tools or place to change the fuel pump decide its worth paying them to change. We talk for a few min seems like a very nice old man. He say the shop isn't open till 8am. He came in to the shop to turn the heat on. Once the shop open up they brought my car into the shop. They pop the hood. Did test move wiring etc.. the old fella came up to me and say 90% of the chance it's a bad fuel pump. Which I thought it was. I say ok let's get this fix. They install the new fuel pump. Car starts right up with the new fuel pump. Went into there office to pay. Old fella told me it will cost $40 more cause it took a little longer. Which I didn't mind. I ask him what's the total. He told me $450. I ask him why it cost $450, thought before hand I ask him for parts and labor he say $200. He say no, that was the price for labor. $250 is the price for the fuel pump. I was Furious. If the $200 was the price for labor WHY!! Didn't they TELL!! Me the price for the PART. I check the price for the fuel pump it is $80. If I would have known I would have change it myself or get tow to a different shop. I end paying them, they only take bills, no plastic. I drove my car out not even a Block my car dies. I ran back to them I told them the car die. They Went to my car, pop the hood check and few things. Told me they have to work on it to see what's wrong. They are not going to do it for free. I say skip that. I end up calling AAA and tow me to a ASE certificate shop in Tulsa. The mechanic work on my car for 2.5hrs. Found out there wasn't connection in one of the wiring in the wiring harness. He was able to get the connection back by moving the wiring harness. So I had to pay this shop $250 just labor. Normally they would spend days to find out what's the problem but since am in a time hack. The car is up and running. I was happy. I end up driving from OK, to INDIANA then Indiana to Arizona with NO issues. When H&M was under the hood they were messing with my wiring. Something that was suppose to cost me no more then $100 End up costing me $700.
